Everything about this place was brilliant. It was beautiful on the outside as well as the inside. Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa. Best sofa I've ever slept on. It was clean. The staff were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Upon arrival, the receptionist let us know what was around, where we could get food, groceries, coffee and drinks. We had never been to Millthorpe before, and this was a last-minute booking. We will be back for sure, as it's a beautiful little town. And we didn't have time to get much of a look around and try the food that Millthorpe has to offer.

Motel set in a lovely area and was very reasonably priced. It was a contactless arrival and departure, but the communication from the owners was exceptional. The suggestions for meals, although being a Tuesday night these were limited, the Hotel was an excellent choice. Unfortunately most of the shops didn’t open until at least Thursday, but managed to help the exchequer of Millthorpe at the sweet shop. The cafe across the road is excellent too for coffee and supplies.

The shower floor was very slippery and for someone recovering from a broken shoulder I had to put down an extra towel to ensure I didn’t fall over. Sorry. The curtain has come off its rail in one part. Suggest a little bit of white vinegar in water to mop floor as this will help it stop marking and undoing your good work and perhaps a duster over the mouldings. Sorry used to have a B & B　 Apart from the shower all these are superficial things and certainly wouldn’t stop me staying again.

The location was central to town and quiet, while the room was generous in size and had almost everything I needed. Parking was very easy, and located close to, but not immediately adjacent to the room, which I appreciated as there were no cars driving past the room.

The bed was too soft - I felt like I was sleeping on a marshmallow. The lower wall tiles in the shower suite have seen better days, and could be replaced. There was also no moisturiser provided in the bathroom accessories, which was disappointing for an Executive Suite, particularly as the bathroom furniture was laid out as if something was clearly missing. Finally, there was no milk upon arrival, and I had to call reception (which wasn't open) at 7pm to request milk, which arrived about 30 minutes later.

What a hidden gem this place is! Millthorpe is absolutely gorgeous and the Motel is in a great location. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful when checking in, and loved their dog Chester! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, very clean and we even got a couple of tim tams to enjoy during our staff. We loved everything about our stay and just wish we stayed longer than one night! So glad we booked and we will definitely be back to this gorgeous little town!

We took our dog and she sniffed all about but didn’t mark as many dogs would do so the cleaning fee didn’t apply.The cleaning staff wouldn’t know if we had a dog there. We would have liked more comfy chairs but the amenities were fine and the food and mini bar was a nice touch. The pizza from the Pub was too thick pastrywise and we only have thin and crispy. We will be back but without the dog and the cottage we will book for a few days.

We could not speak more highly of the stay my wife, dog and I had at the Millthorpe Motel. The proprietors/staff were exceptional. Even when there was a mix up on my part with the accommodation of my dog, they were very gracious. We were given all the information we needed regarding shopping, meals, places of interest and the wonderful community spirit and activities of the beautiful town of Millthorpe. What a lovely place.

There was nothing we did not like.

Very cosy room with lots of afternoon sun. The mini bar is well stocked, as well as lots of complimentary items. Air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room cosy overnight. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything happens in a small radius of the Motel.

The shops are only opened for limited trading and not always opened as advertised. Hard to know when anything is going to be opened until you get to the door. It is like the whole town is a side hustle. Closing g at 3pm can mean 2.30pm.

I loved the cleanliness, and the location. Such a beautiful little village with everything you need. I didnt meet the staff as I didnt pick up the key but they didnt bother us so thats great. Excellent value for money too. It was nice and quiet.

I loved everything about this lovely motel. I would like to suggest that you leave the lights on at night outside the units, as it was very dark when we returned from the event we were there for.

Will also write a review on Facebook. Found the facilities excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. Very spacious room. Price reasonable. Centre of town and close to local supermarket. Cafes, restaurant and hotel close by for meals. Millthorpe place delightful place to visit.

Was a little concerned about slipperiness of the floor within the shower. Only problem.

Location, walking distance to pub for dinner. Cafe across the road for coffee. Easy stroll around town, and the many businesses. Plenty of towels (I always love an extra when washing my hair) Big rooms, well stocked for self contained unit

The parking is not allocated, so we had other guests parking right next to our bed head, a noisy Chevy, who ran the motor rather than taking off straight away! Would have been ideal for those units to at least have only their cars parked there. Although lovely big bathroom, The shower drainage was abysmal, water flowed straight out to the toilet, we had to put towels on floor, not fun having to mop your floor on holidays
