The room was spacious with a lounge, dining table with two chairs, the bed was very comfortable and I slept well :) The bathroom was good and again the hot shower was a bonus. overall I would definitely stay there again.

I had looked at the website before booking to see if there were any cooking facilities ie: microwave, it did not list that the rooms had these, so I was surprised when I went into the room to find that there was a microwave and toaster. Not a big deal but it would have changed my dining options. The other thing was that there was no wifi and there was nothing in the folder in the room to advise of what the wifi was. It wasnt a issue with me as I read my book.

There were 2 chairs in the room. The bed was comfortable, The ensuite was well-appointed. We especially liked the large shower head.

Although a toaster and microwave were in the room, there was no crockery or cutlery - except 2 teaspoons. A couple of plates and butter knives would have been handy. Also, the plug in the hand basin stuck but we were able to open it after a few attempts.

Great location, easy to find. Friendly reception staff. The rooms were neat and tidy, very clean. The bed was super soft like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was tiny - narrow, but very clean, modern, and had amazing water pressure in the shower. Nice dark, quiet rooms.

I booked the room for my elderly father to attend a funeral in Orange. He checked in at 10.30 to pick up his keys and they said as the maid had started that room already he could check in with his bags etc very quickly. He was able to have a coffee and brief rest before the funeral which for an elderly man is really helpful and kind. He said the room was very clean.

This was a basic motel room on a busy highway. It was very close to function we were attending at Ophir hotel so that was good. It is very close to three major takeaways if your hungry. The beds were very soft in family room which may be a problem for some

Kids enjoyed the apartment that we'd stayed at. Plenty of space, neat and tidy. There were a few bugs that slipped under the door but it was that kind of season I guess. Parking right up to the apartment for us so made unloading and loading luggage and kids easier. Kids loved the upstairs while the parents camped out downstairs with our own tvs! Was lucky to get this one last minute and found it value for money. Easy self-check in and out with their nifty system. Would love to stay again.

Pest control or sealing of doors better i think...those under door seals would work wonders...

Location, spacious, plenty of parking, nice big smart TV.

I reminded the front desk to housekeep my room but they hadn’t done it when I returned. But then they did some quick fixes when I brought it up which was good.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were super comfortable and electric blankets were appreciated. Check in was easy. Location is handy with lots of fast food options available and a nice pub nearby (although bistro was booked out so book early). Walking distance (about 1km) to town.

Could do with some plates etc as it does have a microwave but no crockery or cutlery.

The room was comfy and clean.facilities were amazing,good value for money,reception were accomodating.

We didnt check out yet because check out time was 10 am and we just went out for breakfast but the cleaning staff were already cleaning out the room

Rooms were clean. Quiet.

Stayed 2 days. Staff knocked on my door too early to change towels. They should leave the rooms for a longer period for those guests staying more than 1 night.
