Great room and view. Loved the ease of arm band to get in and out of the hotel room. The hotel looked great after rebuilding from Hurricane. Some cute shops and restaurants on-site. Great a/c. Provided beach towels!

Pillows were flat. They charged us $20 a day to park that was never disclosed until we got to the hotel. Why charge paying guests to park when we have already paid to stay. :( I would have invested that $40 in the shops or restaurant on-site instead of parking. The front desk clerk hinted that this was short-term. I can see charging people to park if they're not staying at the hotel.

We had a great room once we changed rooms. Our first room the bed was on the floor. I do mean on the floor, like we were in Japan and the matress was laying on the floor. At 75 too old to get off the floor, but they changed our room right away

I dont feel you should be charged for parking at a hotel you are staying at. There was nothing really built back up after 3 years to go visit, eat drink and have lunch. I live on Anna Marie and we had two hurricanes within a week and the business are alot back to normal.

The check in staff was very kind and was able to get our room situated so we could stay in the stay in the same room for 4 days .. we had made different arrangements but wanted to stay and added 2 more days on. The rooms were clean and the view was amazing !! Balcony . It was quiet the 4 nights we stayed. Bed comfortable. We were located on the 4th floor. The only thing we missed was a microwave we thought the microwave was included in our room. The restaurants on the lower levels were amazing. We tried. The Philly cheese steak place and the taco place. Both amazing !! We also tried the Grace's sit down restaurant. Food was delicious!! The Dj was awesome! The entertainment was great as well!! We will be back!! We were here for our 1st wedding anniversary !! Thank you Lani Kai for an Amazing Anniversary!! If your in the area, check the Bubble Room. Fun place to eat and visit!! Captiva Beach, lovers key are close by .pool area was very nice as well.

The location was great! Our king suite was spacious and the view was I’m outstanding!

It was under renovation. I understand this is necessary and given the whole area is under renovation, due to hurricanes. But, it should be made incredibly clear to potential guests if major amenities, like the pool in this case, are not available. I booked this place for no reason other than the pool, as I was traveling with 3 children that like to swim. It is still marketed on this website as having a pool. They should change that. That’s my only complaint. Other that, the place was great!

Breakfast was great so was the service. Grace’s dinner wS also very good. Loved that there were multiple places to get food there and that you also had Little gift shops and a bar and an ice cream shop. It really has everything. I guess I just missed the upper deck being finished, but I will check it out next time I visit!

There were two things I didn’t like, number one I think I just had bad luck of having a noisy party attached to me and doors that need to be closed off. Also, I did get used to the music playing outside and it wasn’t so bad after a while The second thing I didn’t like is I thought maybe they should clean the elevators more often but maybe that’s a hard thing to keep up with overall the place was great and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Overall our stay was great. Your rebuild efforts were mammoth, well executed and very strong. Your check-in (excluding Ronnel - didn't seem to want to be there) patio, and bar staff were fantastic! Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We just really love coming to Lani Kai - super chill and just so easy and laid back - THANK YOU!

A little disappointed as I booked through booking.com and selected a room that has a table and two chairs (2 rooms same pictures) only to find out one of the rooms did not have the table and chairs. There is PLENTY of room for the table and chairs but was told they are only in certain level rooms (but I selected the room from the picture reflecting the table and chairs). They said they had an EXTRA set and just put it in room 116 - come on now. Non guests (no bracelets) in the pool on Saturday - quite a few. Need more food options after 8 and closing the cafe (happy hour & dinner) for weddings really effects hotel guests. Happy hour should be at the bars. Hold-bars in the showers would be helpful and maybe a hook or two on the back of the bathroom doors.

The view from our room was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable, and grace's cafe has the BEST biscuits and gravy! The restaurants downstairs on the beach all had great food as well, the beach and gulf water exceeded my expectations dramatically.

We were disappointed the rooftop dining was still closed, I hadn't realized that prior to booking, it was something I was really looking forward to enjoying with my wife for our anniversary.

Plenty of food choices, staff was friendly, beach amenities staff was awesome and very accommodating!

Chairs on patio were uncomfortable, there was loud music and yelling until after midnight. Small roaches were found in the bathroom in the mornings.

Ocean front rooms are beautiful. The remodeled rooms are beautiful and it’s nice to have a kitchen.

I told the front desk I need some regular coffee since there was only one packet in the room and it never came. I had to run around and look for housekeeping, and they only had three total.

The rooms are nice and clean and loved the balcony looking out over the beach. The front desk ppl were very friendly Our server at the gracies restaurant on lobby floor was very attentive and polite

The music was a bit loud for me. I'm not a party person. I prefer more of a quiet relaxing atmosphere. But those that like the party atmosphere will enjoy it.
