Great hospitality from the staffs. Very modern hotel that has Google Nest in the room. Spacious and bright toilet. Comfortable premium quality bed. Most importantly it is located in a quieter area yet just a short 5 minutes walk to the Lee Garden night market. Hawkers and 7-11 just around the corner of the street. Only setback is the basement private parking is a bit small but rest assured, it’s not a busy street and you can park at the roadside with hotel security guarding them over the night. Will definitely stay there again in my next trip.

Relatively new hotel. Clean spacious room. I like that they have room slippers (new in a plastic). Very comfortable bed! Elevator is available. Location is close to kim yong market and lee garden market. Quiet place to stay. Parking lot is limited, but enough for my sedan car. It was not full when I arrived, so I could park my car in their basement parking lot.

Breakfast is very simple, but enough. For coffee lover like me, their coffee did not satisfy my liking. But, there are cafes around and you can always order good coffee through grab app to be delivered to the hotel. I didn't care so much about google voice control. I used the switches on the wall.

Great staff who checked up on us by WA... because we had not checked in by 8pm. (long drive). Everything so clean. There is hotel parking with great security team. Cleaning team superb. Well designed rooms that were big enough, with good electrical points, easy to clean for staff. Front staff very caring. Offered courtesy Hotel umbrellas for a local walk when raining. Amazing checkout service. In the few minutes processing the exit and key deposit. The cleaning team went in spotted my wife's I-phone and returned it.

We did not eat breakfast (even though provided). Hat Yai has a few streets open very lat at night. Some would call it good value. Others would call it "Low rent". There is no where else to stopover when driving up to Phuket.

Due to my work, I frequently travel and stay in various hotels eg Double Tree by Hilton, Hilton, Sheraton and Hyatt. Chinatown Living has notably impressed me during my stay. I reserved a family room and a standard room. The rooms are equipped with wireless chargers and international power points. Specifically, the family room includes a massage chair, microwave, and PS4 which my kids enjoyed the most. What stood out to me the most is the presence of a towel hanging rack and ample clothes hangers in the bathroom, which are amenities often lacking or limited in other hotels. Rooms are clean and location is good. Hotel also provides snacks for room guests at the breakfast area.

The staff, the room, the facilities are top notched. The cleanest hotel I have stayed in so far. A simple breakfast was provided with no extra charge. They provide 4 bottles of drinking water each day. It's close to the markets and plenty to eat and buy. The surroundings are clean and quiet. The staff is always smiling, polite and helpful. I was sick and they found me a doctor to go to. They did go the extra mile. The hotel is spotless clean too.

Like the sound senses , comfortable of the bed and pillow, quiet and still new and quite clean and hope they still can maintain the cleanliness as the toilet start to have mold built up at the edges of the shower door.

In the morning have a little breakfast it is very friendly but at Hat Yai nobody will bother to eat the breakfast as most of the people will go out to eat the street food and walk around at the market why not remove the breakfast and give us a discount on other services with the hotel.

The room is very nice, clean, and new hotel . Love the design in the room. You can play the musics with google assistant, off the light with google assistant and there is a wireless battery charges available too on the table ( table lamp). this hotel is very warm welcoming when you arrive the lobby, visitors name will be there to welcome you. The staffs are very feiendly, I stayed two nights, I met all the staffs , all very helpful and friendly and polite , they will provide you a very good information and services . You will like it and please pay a visit to Chinatown Loving hotel when you arrive hatyai .

Google assistant in the room. Bathroom and room spacious. Receptionist can speak english. Light tidbits offered upon check in. Clean and all spaces smells nice. Maybe due to new hotel in operation. The receptionist accompanied guest to the room and explain the modern facilities in room. The best part there is a massage chair in the room. Coffee facilities complete and standing iron facility. Bath tub provided. Since christmas eve the hotel also gave a pillow neck as gift.

The location is about 500m from lee garden nite market.

Really awesome little hotel. Very modern and clean. Feels like brand new. Rooms are larger than in photos, comfortable beds, google assistant, free amenities and mini bar. Even a massage chair! Location is not quite in the centre but easy enough to get a grab anywhere.

Only downside is the limited breakfast. Only toast and coffee plus a few random snacks. If they had a proper buffet breakfast the hotel would be perfect!

Third time staying here , among this area i still prefer chinatown living , soundproof was good , clean and confortable , reception are friendly and i also upgrade my room with balcony . Got parking but limited no worry cause if full they will let you park infront hotel , walking distance 1min outside alot of food
