The hotel was good the room and view exceeded my expectations . Room size and facilities were great the bed was very comfortable the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Location is great with lot's to do around the resort, a walk along the promande away from the hotel take you to more restaurants, play areas and shops and leads to the main road where there are buses to old town.

The resort element it was just too big, what it doesn't tell you when you're booking that there are atleast another 4 hotels on the resort of varying stars, if you've booked a 5 star hotel and paid a premium but the other hotels in the resort are less stars and cheaper but still benefiting from the same facilities and perks doesn't make much sense.

Great view from the balcony overlooking the sea. Plenty of variety at breakfast however it was the same everyday, there were coffee machines however if you did ask the waiter staff they would make you a fresh latte, etc.. so the staff could be more proactive and offer fresh coffee options at the table.

Meals in the terrace restaurant was terrible, we paid & went twice, the first time was Croatian / Dalmatian food, which was ok but could have been better. We then opted to go again on the BBQ evening, this was deceiving as the image to promote the evening dinner showed spare ribs, however the only options available was a veal sausage, corn on the cob, (dried up) salmon & a vegetarian sausage. This was a below par & poor effort of a BBQ with Mac & cheese as a luke warm dish inside? Waste of money and would not recommend the terrace buffet restaurant. Considering this is 5 hotels in one complex, I missed a nice lounge relaxing bar in the evenings, there was a bar open with 3 televisions all with different football games and not enough chairs for people to sit.

Amazing resort, everything you could need. Adults only areas but plenty for families too. Lovely pools but beach very rocky. Breakfast was great. We got an upgrade to a suite which was wonderful. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommended if your travelling to Dubrovnik, lapad area has lots of restaurants, Uber €7 to old town.

It is a very nice hotel, wonderful view and very nice rooms, spacious and luxurious. The receptionist, gave us an upgrading and we stayed at a suite. It was so kind of her. Everything was nice & cosy.

At the restaurant, the waiters are (mostly of them, not all of them) very rude. Also, at the breakfast time, which closed at 10:30, we were taking some more bread and a spoon at exactly 10:33, but the rudeness of the waiters, surprised me, they took everything roughly and without saying a word. Now, I get it they have work to do for the lunch etc, but come on, on a winter Sunday, with a few people in the hotel, a minimum of decency would be very appreciated. They even said Good morning to me, since I came 10:20. I’d like go specify that all night I suffered nasal congestion, so I didn’t want to disrespect the time, but only a little more humanism.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning. So breathtaking. It’s about a 15 min Uber to old town but I am so glad we stayed out here! About 5 min drive from here is Sunset Beach and you can also walk from the hotel around the cliffs (on a footpath) to it. And there are amazing restaurants. The hotel is super nice and heaps of pools - always space for a lounger etc. buffet breakfast there was good.

The only downside for me was the restaurant options and that is purely because I am vegetarian and there was very little options. However if you went out of the resort there was heaps of choice.

Clean, comfortable with great views. Staff were extremely friendly. The hotel had a relaxing vibe and the breakfast was good.

We were a little let down by the hotel, in that we expected more from a 5 star hotel. Also, the price of the restaurants in the hotel was incredibly expensive (most mains were 35 euro per person starting). Kids were allowed in the adult only sections without any staff asking them to leave. In our room there were some black marks on the walls, and the drawers did not all work. Very small issues, but for a 5 star hotel I expect these issues not to be there. Also one of the Saunas for our stay was out of action, so the spa experienced was reduced.

The location was superb. The scenery was amazing. Spectacular walk along the coast line. Swimming in the sea beside the Cocktail bar was pretty special. All the food we had was very nice. The bed was really comfortable and I liked that I had a walk in shower. All the staff were friendly.

The hotel says it’s a five star and charge expensive prices for food and wine. The staff though friendly do not give five star performances. This isn’t down to the staff fault, it’s a managerial problem as they need to train their staff to give out 5 star services, especially at breakfast time.

I had an exceptional experience during my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team made me feel truly welcome and cared for. A huge thank you to the reception staff, cleaning team, restaurant waiters, and all the amazing people working behind the scenes. Their kindness, warm smiles, and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. Each day was a pleasure, and I can’t wait to return soon. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and genuinely caring experience!

Clean and airy room. Paid for sea view and balcony and didn’t disappoint. Staff were very friendly and all areas were kept so tidy and clean. Quiet location outside of the old town but a short bus or taxi ride for sight seeing. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the freshly made omelettes were so tasty! Gluten free selection was a little limited but there was GF bread and delicious filled GF brioche or muffins. The pool at the Palm got busy so we used the rooftop pool at the neighbouring hotel. It was clean, had the most amazing views and such friendly staff. A pleasant 15 mins walk along the boardwalk to some lovely bars and restaurants in Lapad. The most quirky cave bar is a must for lovely cocktails and sunset views.

One downside was lack of wardrobe and drawer space.

Room and view were superb, right on the sea with beautiful sunsets. Easy access to the sea for swimming, excellent selection of bars and restaurants on complex. Spa and Gym although we didn't use them. Excellent access to sun loungers and towels, no issue finding space on the terraces and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.

Buffet breakfast and common breakfast area, so preferred to get down early to miss the busy periods. We were away for our silver wedding so would have preferred a quieter breakfast option, but that was a very minor disgruntlement.
