Good location, not that noisy as expected (Bring ear plugs in case you have noisy neighbours), big room and good value for money

Far from restaurants or supermarket. A car is needed. The TV channels don’t have a good quality and is limited. The customer service wasn’t good… we asked upfront an iron in the room but they didn’t put one.. we have to go back at the reception and ask for having one. The staff was not welcoming… and the coffee was not good.. there were more water than coffee…

I loved the beds, and the layout of the room itself.

There was ONLY small facial soap bars, no body soap or hand soap and something was wrong with the drain at the bottom of the shower because water would not go down unless you waited a little bit. So you’re just showering in a puddle until you’re done.

nice place easy access to highway stayed here before and always will for the Cleveland airshow. Would stay here again highly recommended.

It was hard to control the humidity level in the room, cloths felt damp in the morning, could have been my fault or time of year (September).

The location was not where i expected it to be, but it worked itself out! Thank you to the Red Roof Staff for their kindness & assistance! On the other hand booking.com was not helpful to us & I was unable to speak to a supervisor & left on hold for over 45 minutes waiting for one, I finally just hung up, So in the future I will not be third party booking!

safe area. grounds look beautiful. staff was very friendly and helpful.

window needed to be replaced. mine was constantly fogged up so it was hard to see out of the room. no fridge or microwave in the standard rooms. drain in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned out. 🤢

The property was all cared for and maintained. Water pressure and temperature was perfect. Room was clean and the AC worked well.

The door was terribly hard to open and stuck. The key worked fine, it was the actual door handle.

Room was clean and quiet. I don’t believe it was totally smoke free though because we could smell reminence of smoke .

Was a little noisy as far as traffic from the highway. Was good otherwise.

As previously clean, well kept, good value,close to cheap gas, pet friendly. Downtown area is gorgeous. We actually planned our route to stop here on the inbound trip after our stay outbound. Best of dozens of Red Roofs we've stayed at countrywide!

Quick and easy checking on and out!

Our AC stopped working at 4 am and the room got hot with 4 family members staying in the room. The outside temperature was in 60° so we don't think it was done to a hot day. The AC did, on its own, start working again around 7am. It kept us from sleeping supper good.

Check in and check out was easier than any hotel I've even stayed at. The room was really spacious and the location of the property was ultra convenient.

Overall, I felt like the hotel was exactly what I expected. I don't really have any complaints.
