The staff is amazing. I evacuated from a hurricane there with my disabled mother. I just booked a normal room just to evacuate. When the staff came into my room for the first time they saw that my mother was having difficulty getting around they without hesitation moved us to a disabled room and even brought in a recliner for her. Then bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable.

I liked everything, I have no complaints.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot. Breakfast was excellent, a lot to choose from. My room was clean and comfy.

That the door by the elevator was an exit only. It had a thing to put your room key in to open it but it said exit only. That was a bit inconvenient when taking my dog out to potty during the night and having to come back in through the lobby in my pajamas.

EVERYTHING. WE RETURN TO PANAMA cCTY 2 TO 3 TIMES A YEAR. WE HAVE FOUND THIS IS THE HOTEL WE LIKE BEST. WE ARE FROM PANAMA c CITY, AND OUR CHILDREN, GRAND CHILDRE LIVE AND OWN BUSINESS THERE WE COME TO VISIT FOR HOLIDAYS. IF WE HAVE A GRIPE ITS NOT BE NOUGH LIGHT IN BATHROOM AS I AM LEAGALY BLIND AND NEED MORE LIGHT. HUSBAND SAID IT OKAY.

It was clean and the front desk guy was helpful and kind. No crazy noises or loudness at night and all the other guests were respectful. The location is close to plenty of amenities, but away from any noisiness. And a short drive from St Andrews state park and PCB. And the beds are awesome

Honestly, the only complaint I’d have is the advertised breakfast. It serves the purpose but a bit underwhelming. The good thing is that biscuit world is 5 minutes away

The place was clean and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again next time we visit Panama City. The bathroom was clean which is a plus for us.

We had 3 ppl that had dogs around us and that was an issue for us because we have a baby and they kept waking him up. Also, it smelled like dog in the hallway. Don’t get me wrong I love dogs and I understand people love their pets and want to travel with them but if your furry friend is a barking dog please consider finding a sitter instead. The fact that there was I only one machine in the laundry room and had to wait on other people to wash their clothes as a little bit of an issue. Also it looked like there was only one luggage kart, so be prepared to carry your stuff back and forward. If you’re the lucky one to get the kart, please put it back.

The staff was amazing (especially Mr. Brev), the facility was really good as well as breakfast. The location is just perfect! This is our second stay at this location & we plan to return soon for a longer stay!

Our King suite with the separate room for the first night would have been perfect if it had not smelt like wet dog the entire day & night. We did not want to complain so we endured it because we knew we were booked for a different room the next night. Our King with pull out sofa for the second night was almost perfect (due to having to share with our 15 year son)

I love that I feel comfortable there with the location being really nice because you have everything around you but it's on the edge of all the business so it's quiet. And the staff is always awesome especially Shayla she's always been the nicest person. I travel to Panama City about once a month usually, I really like it that's why I keep going back

The location was fantastic! Landscaping was superb.

The pullout couch was disgusting! Stains everywhere!! Floor in the room had not been vaccuumed in awhile dog hair everywhere. Bath tub needs a touch up, paint peeling.

Miranda and Shayla made my stay very special. To be greeted by both of them when we came for breakfast made me feel like family. The breakfast was exceptional, because of the variety and the cleanliness of the breakfast room.

Unfortunately, upon my arrival, that was a roach, crawling up the wall. But we did not see any more bugs the rest of the trip. We did not report it. We simply killed it and enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great. We had breakfast every morning. I enjoyed having the coffee maker in the room as I am an early riser. Room was clean; couch could be updated - old, stained. We loved having the extra room the suite afforded us. The only problem was it was a little noisy - lots of dogs barking and lots of slamming doors.
