The breakfast was amazing! The staff was wonderful! The facility was beautiful and well kept.

The only option was to Valet Park. This was a huge hassle. Every time you want your car, you can't just get in your car and go. You are already paying $22 a day to park. I ended up walking very far to places and not go out at times when I wanted to because of the hassle with this.

The property was beautiful. Everything was clean and updated. All the personnel were wonderful.!

We parked in handicap and only used valet one time and was charged for seven times.

The location was really nice. Right next to Pier Park, steps away from the beach, customer service was very good. They do allow dogs there, so if you are not a dog person, then you may want to rethink. I'm not a dog person, but it was still cool. It wasn't overbearing with dogs. The breakfast is really good and nice....not your typical hotel breakfast. Lots of options.

Mandatory $22per day valet parking. They have to get your car every time you need it or need to get something out of it. If I needed to get something out of the car, I would have to get my keys from them and then go to the car, then return the keys. But, it was also nice to pull up after being full from dinner, and they parked the car for you. So, this isn't so bad at all, just the more days you stay, the more you pay to park there. Maybe it should be a 1 time fee instead of daily.

I like that it was clean and the breakfast was amazing. The drinks was lovely as well. The staff was extra nice. We will be back

I didn’t care to much for the dogs on the property while on vacation but they didn’t bother me so I was okay.

The location was close to attractions, restaurants, and the Beach.

I didn’t like sharing this beautiful facility with animals! I have pet allergies and just didn’t like seeing animals walking through while I was eating. I also did not like hearing dogs barking next door to my suite.

We didn't like all the dogs on property. I fear your pet policy for this particular hotel will cause this hotel to deteriorate quickly.

Everything. This Hilton is outstanding and the location is perfect. Literally right across one street from the white sand beach. Amazing pool and hot tub. AMAZING breakfast cooked by some of the kindest chefs exactly as you request. Hotel staff was AMAZING. Everyone that we encountered, from the front desk staff to the room service staff, were warm, kind, helpful and kind. There were so many employees that smiled and greeted you when they saw you. A great happy hour each day for the adults. This is a beach resort so it’s perfect for families that want a multitude of things to do very close. No car necessary

I didn’t love the washing machines and dryers. There were only 3 of each on our floor. They are old and outdated and smelled horrible. Also, people would put their clothes in to wash and wait hours to go back to take them out. Cost of $3.25 each.

This is our second time staying here and I won’t stay anywhere else in PCB! The location is just the best, everything is within walking distance, I also love the valet parking, they are so efficient and fast and friendly! Our car was always ready within minutes! Breakfast is also way better than most hotels. And can I just say the hotel is just beautiful, I love everything about it, from the lobby to rooms, everything looks fresh and new! I hope it stays well maintained.

Pool was a little dirty, had stuff floating like plastic and leaves. Also, the gym could have a few more things added, not enough equipment.
