Lovely rooftop bar with excellent views of the surrounding area. The hotel is located in the centre of Olhao very close to the harbour and the old town cafes and restaurants. Staff members were polite and friendly and the room was excellent with great views and comfortable bed. Also loved the shower and the bathroom products, lovely scented shower gel.

I only have a couple of suggestions for the breakfast (which was otherwise excellent): please get another coffee machine as the one you have isn’t good. I’m not really a coffee connoisseur but the coffee this machine made was just very bad. Also having maple syrup on offer would be great - it’d go really well with the pancakes and bacon! Otherwise all good

breakfast brilliant, hotel lovely and clean, staff lovely, swimming ppol a waste of timre as you cannot get near it. people put towels down at 8 in morning and yo not use it. it is not controlled.

Room was very good for the price. Clean and comfy. The rooftop is very nice. I had the superior room with a balcony and it was good to have a spot outside in the sun during the morning, plus those rooms are located in the back of the building which means I didn't have noise from the street.

Definitely a problem with weird noises in the room, fan in the restroom couldn't be stop between certain hours and was very noisy, and some weird noises coming from the aeration system (water/bubbles sounds (?!), loud enough to wake me up during the night...). The staff told me they couldn't do anything about it. In short, bring earplugs ! A coffee machine in the room and/or free coffee in the main area would be a must for this type of hotel.

This was perfect for our needs. We were visiting friends who lived just a block away. The hotel is clean and new. The room was comfortable, minimalistic decor but had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels were lovely. The hotel is located on a main 'city' street but easily walkable and only a few blocks from the waterfront.

The rooftop terrace offered great views but the bar prices were very high. The most we spent for an aperol spritz in 3 weeks of travel through Italy and Portugal.

The hotel was wonderful. Me and all my family loved the hotel and the staff. They were very polite, accomadating, and friendly. In particular Tiago. S and Thaiaz. A. They were both fantastic.

The breakfast was nice, but a bit more variety would be great Refills in the rooms for tea, coffee and milk would also be good.

Nice Hotel. Location was OK. Did not eat there, many good restaurants nearby.

Parking in the area was terrible. They offer parking, but you must reserve in advance.

Nice large room, very comfy bed. Kettle provided. Good breakfast. Lovely central position. Gorgeous rooftop terrace and bar.

Very minimalist room. No proper wardrobe. No where to dry towels properly if you didn't want to change them every day.

It is very hard to fault this hotel. There has obviously been a high degree of effort, great care and attention to make this hotel work extremely well. The design and layout has been executed is a clean and efficient way with attention to detail for the design features. We knew the location which was perfect for us - a short walk from the train station and equally short walk to the sea front. The check in process was fast and efficient, the staff friendly polite and capable. The room was perfectly functional for what we needed.

There are only two things I would suggest. One, the shower was nice but it was difficult to regulate the temperature. I personally know how temperamental thermostatic shower valves can be. It was a minor irritation not a major issue. The second thing I noticed was the cup handle on the sliding door to the bathroom. On a previous hotel stay (a different hotel) I cut my finger when it got trapped between the handle and the door jamb, this could potentially happen here. I would recommend some form of rubber stop etc to ensure this risk is mitigated.

This hotel is a real gem in the central part of Olhao. It is 10 minutes on foot from the pier with lots of cafés and restaurants, the ferry and the Olhao Market. It is also an easy 10 minutes from the train station. Excellent buffet breakfast and outstandingly friendly and helpful front-office staff! Our room was small but cozy, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The roof-top pool and bar with the gorgeous panorama is a real treat.

I missed a place in the bathroom to hang our towels to dry after showering. There was just one hanger but two of us used towels so one of us had to find an alternative place in the room. This is just a small detail, easy to fix.
