The facilities were new and modern, the breakfast was delicious and with gluten free options upon request, despite the hotel being located right by the street and a train station, the room was super quiet (the walls and windows must be sound proof). A well-equipped gym was also a plus.

Proximity of pool and wellness area was a too close. If you’re coming there to relax in the wellness area, you should bear in mind that the relaxation area is connected with the pool so it got really noisy when the families with kids were using the pool. The two should be separated in order to allow the guests who want to relax, maximize their comfort. Also the saunas were used by little kids so it really was hard to relax and disconnect, despite the amenities being really nice.

Excellent Comfortable Apartment Hotel located nicely closely between Zell am See and Kaprun. Service was very professional especially Mr. Dragi at the reception who was super nice, supportive, and very cooperative.Buffet Breakfast was super Delicious with with food variety.

- Hotel does not provide customers with Zell am See Kaprun Summer Card. - One of the restaurant managers at the breakfast was of rude behavior and was not polite (I do not have his name but is Male young Austrian) . We took 2 or 3 Extra Napkins and he came to us angry asking lowdly not to take extra napkins. Obviously he did NOT have a problem throwing piles of Extra food left behind from customers into Garbage but was very concerned about 2 extra Napkins!!!

I loved the space of the apartment and the balcony as well its quit enough for small family all facilities are there which is very helpful & the reception staff very friendly Specially Jasmin she was very helpful and kind and polite to be honest all of them they were smiling and polite // the place also very near from zell am see and kaprun as well which is very good for us to visit more than one city to explore =]

When we cooked the smell stacked in the apartment which is not good at all we used our perfumes to remove this smell also opened the hall window and the door as well but when the door & windows closed again & again smell coming ,, i hope they solve this problem as soon as possible and provide at lease fan in the kitchen =]

recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always welcoming and ready to assist with any request, which made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which has improved significantly and was truly excellent.

I have been visiting this hotel for the past seven years, and while it used to be a great place to stay, I have noticed a decline in its maintenance over time. The hotel is becoming old, with worn-out facilities that need urgent upgrades. Some of the issues I encountered during my recent stay include old kettles, outdated trash bins, and declining cleanliness standards. Housekeeping does not seem as thorough as before, and unfortunately, I even noticed insects in the room, which was disappointing. While the location is still good and the staff remain friendly, the overall experience is not as enjoyable as it once was. I hope management takes action to renovate and improve the cleanliness to restore the hotel’s former quality.

Excellent breakfast! Big and spacious room (we book a room with balkony). Excellent SPA facilities! Free parking around the hotel. Very frendly and helpful staff.

The restorant closes at 20:00, the SPA is open untill 21:00, so one have to choose - have a dinner or use a SPA. It shoukd be nice if the restaurant will be serviceable till 22:00, at least one hour after SPA closure. No air conditioner in the room, we visited on April, but on summer this can be an issue.

There are not enough furniture for our staff in the rooms - there is a preparation for the tv, maybe desks, but not done yet. Not enough places to dry things after skiing and showering. Cleaning staff came everyday when we came from skiing and we wanted to rest. In the spa area there was nobody filling water, clean the floor,... Kitchen equipment is very limited.

The location is well positioned, very "worked" in terms of finishing details and where we felt very comfortable. We liked that the ski equipment had a reserved room. Another plus was the breakfast which was, from our point of view, varied and satisfying.

What we didn't like was the lack of a restaurant for dinner, having to walk to other restaurants. One evening I also ordered from the Basic offer that they had, but I preferred to go out.

The balcony provided a stunning view that added to the overall charm of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the wellness and the swimming pool – a perfect way to unwind after a day of activities. One standout feature was the separate room for ski equipment. It was convenient to have a secured locker where we could safely store and dry our boots and skis. This attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a top-notch experience. The combination of friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and well-furnished rooms, and thoughtful amenities truly made our stay memorable.

Excellent accommodation, 5 min from Zell am See, 3 min from Kaprun by car, ski bus stop opposite the property. Excellent SPA center with swimming pool, sauna and steam bath, hygiene in the entire facility is excellent. Ski room and storage space for skis and ski boots with heaters. Large and nicely arranged studio apartments 50m/k. An ideal place between two ski centers that can be reached quickly and easily. Free parking is provided in front of the building itself. Good breakfast at the hotel. We will definitely come again.

Incredible hotel! We stayed here for a last minute autumn break (out of ski season), really nice location with great views, located around 10/15mins walk from Kaprun where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. There’s a train stop just over the road from the hotel, a direct local train from zel am see, so really easy transport! Good running/hiking routes. The spa and pool were unreal! Nice buffet breakfast as well.
