The best thing about this hotel is the location - perfectly placed on the route to Formentor (look out takes about 40 mins) and the Port Pollencia (12 mins) and easy to get to from Alcudia centre (15 mins, different bus route). The bus stop is directly outside the hotel - That in itself is a good enough reason to stay here! It’s sooo useful using this hotel as a base. The hotel looks great, really nice decor and cute little rooms in different small orange houses - really pretty. It’s quite a big plot including an adults only area, pool and breakfast area. It was clean, but there are quite a few bugs in the summer. Facilities are great, lovely pool, indoor and outdoor. Jacuzzi and spa is nice too. Really nice outdoor area and lots of places to relax and enjoy the view. The staff is really friendly and helpful - everyone was really nice. They let us leave our bags in the hotel for a while before we left, let us use the facilities until the end of the day, even though we had checked out. Really nice! Would very much recommend, great experience!! Great value for money too - if you’re staying in Alcudia, this is definitely a great option - whether travelling family or friends.

Keep in mind the beach you see from directly opposite the hotel, whilst it looks really nice, hasn’t really got any places to sit on - it’s just rocks next to a busy road. So, if you want to go to the beach you need to go to Alcudia beach or the beach at Port Pollencia, also Formentor beach is amazing (on the bus route that goes from the hotel - about 50 mins). Just don’t think you can go from the beach straight to your room to freshen up!

Nice hotel. The room was new, practical, clean, and spacious. For cyclists, it's conveniently close to key routes towards the mountains. Good for families.

The food is not good, but since I had been advised about it, I kept my expectations low. There are plenty of nice restaurants within a 5-10-minute drive from the hotel. The parking can be tricky if you have an EV. The hotel advertises EV chargers, but only had two—one broken—and no policy to prevent guests from monopolizing them. One car occupied the spot from my arrival Thursday until I left Sunday, and staff couldn’t intervene.

I have never met more friendly and competent staff. The food was incredible - no matter how picky you are, everyone will find something. And it's delicious and endless. I highly recommend doing the "all inclusive" package. The family pool was very full and loud, but if you're a grown up you can go to the quite grown up pool which is also pretty full but still good. The spa was so worth it (90 minutes for 16 Euros I think), absolute bliss overlooking the ocean. Hot pools. Saunas. Lovely! I would 100% go again. Suggestion: definitely get a rental car, they are super affordable and the island is majestic to adventure on with your own car.

A larger and nicer pool area for the grown ups perhaps.

The facilities were very good including the gym and multiple pools. The entertainment was good too. Lovely, well kept grounds. Good food and drinks with enough choice.

The bed was two singles pushed together, which kept on separating. There was a lack of telling the people around the adult pool when activities were happening as they were all based around the other pool. No straws provided. You had to buy your own metal straws to keep and use throughout your stay. The beach was very small and covered in debris, but the hotel provide a bus for a trip to the local beach 15 minutes away, which was great.

Food selection was good , however the system inside the dining room was chaotic . You had to queue at one end , with no idea what was available to eat until you moved along , so ended up with cold food if you chose from the start of the queue. A much better system would have been to segregate each section , so if you wanted vegetarian or meat you could queue at each section . This would undoubtably reduce wait times . The jacuzzi suite was wonderful , perfect . I liked that the staff came around each evening to see what drinks we wanted for the in room fridge . The entertainment was a bit hit and miss, however the Monday night act in the adults bar called Nigel was amazing . Fantastic singer and performer . The spa treatments were amazing , we booked an aloha massage and then a few days later a hot stone massage . The staff were amazing, best massages we have ever had . Also the spa area was great , although the flooring is extremely slippery . Yes I appreciate they’re permanently wet as people are getting in and out of wet areas , however the flooring tiles should have been anti slip . Also having to pay extra to use the facilities when booking treatments is a little bit disappointing. It was an added bonus having a separate toilet aswell as a full bathroom .

On the description it said it was beachfront, however there wasn’t an accessible beach that you could walk to , which was disappointing as we like the variation of being able to swim in the sea and enjoy the pool . Yes I understand that we could have taken taxis to different beaches but that would have added to the costs. The bar at the adults only pool didn’t open until lunchtime either so if you were sunbathing there you couldn’t get a drink .

I really enjoyed my stay at PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa. The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice and clean, and I especially appreciated the breakfast – delicious and varied. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained, and everything was spotless throughout the resort. I also liked having a balcony and the fact that a mosquito repellent device was provided in the room. The location is great, with direct access to the nature reserve right from the resort – a big plus for nature lovers. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

The gardening staff started their work too early in the morning and were quite noisy, almost every day - which disturbed the peace a bit. Also, the parking situation was a bit chaotic when the resort was busy.

Lovely setting and complex. We stayed in the suite with the plunge pool which was an added bonus giving extra space when a break from the pool areas was needed. Food was very good with a good selection each day

Table service outside during the entertainment was variable. Some nights we were served very quickly, on other occasions we were served but then not offered another drink. The shower was cold if you were the last one in (family of 4). It did eventually warm up but had to wait about 5 minutes in a cold shower before it did. Our plunge pool wasn't adequately cleaned, I had to clean it of dead skin / body dirt marks before we used it

Service, food, ducks in pool. Nature reserve that is accessible from the hotel.

Far away from the city. If you don't have dinner included you only have 2 options: buy pizza at the bar or take a taxi/bus and go to the nearest city . There's a small shop by hotel, but you won't find normal snacks there: only chips. If you decide to have dinner at the hotel you have to buy a buffet that is too pricey. You can reach the beach by crossing the highway, but there's no pedestal crossing or traffic light. It's too risky to run through the highway.

Lovely resort for a relaxing break as a couple. Very comfy clean room and very welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Great facilities including some adult only areas. For a relaxing break the location is great and to explore the bus stops right outside. The spa was excellent with the most amazing views.

We were very happy with our stay and really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch offering. We thought the all inclusive was fantastic value with great drink and food offerings but If I was to make one suggestion it would be to add an À la carte option for dinners. We would have happily paid extra for this. That said we would book again and had a great stay!

The hotel was good. The property is nice. We went on high season, it was very crowded. The drinks were not good and overpriced; the sangria was bottled sangria so it was not worth it for us to pay 8 euros per drink. The room was comfortable. The staff was really nice, and our room was ready before our check-in time, so that was a plus.

The room could've been a bit cleaner; it had many mosquitoes despite having the plug-in repellent. The drinks were not good at all. Breakfast was very crowded, so it took a long time to get an omelette
