Lovely couple that run the place, they stored my luggage for me after I checked out. I had the top floor single room which was nice because of all the sunlight, lots of mirrors, and comfy sleep. Bathroom was clean and the self serve breakfast was sufficient.

It was a bit dusty here and there, it would benefit from a deep clean and replacement of things that were broken, but it’s a budget accommodation so I wasn’t that fussed.

I liked the location of the aparthotel, I've never stayed in an accommodation like it before and it was good, had everything you needed! Liked how we could cook our own breakfast either in the communal kitchen or in our room as it had a cute lil kitchen inside! Also liked the lil fox that roams the street on a night! We named her Roxy the foxy! Was very quiet and had a lovely sleep both nights! The fan was an added bonus! Liked how the TV was a fire TV and we could watch Netflix etc on, obviously our own accounts (logged out upon leaving) good strong WiFi too! Bonus feature was the washer and dryer! Good accomodation and would definitely stay again!

The rooms were comfortable and had everything needed but they could do with a revamp, tiles in bathroom cracked, net curtains on the windows were a bit dirty, also would have been nice to have some sausage for breakfast as bacon, eggs, cheese, toast and cornflakes was a bit limited, especially if you don't eat bacon, like 2 out of 4 of us.

The accomodation was great, really good location, just 5 minutes walk from the tube (just several stops to the center, the trip took up to 20 minutes) and 3 minutes from the nearest bus to the center. Around the hotel there were several shops and pubs, including Sainsbury's. The area also seemed quite safe and quiet. The room was cosy and well equipped. It was warm inside. Shared kitchen was also well equipped and spacious. In the fridge there were always basic products to prepare breakfast. What we liked the most is the manager approach. We made serious mistake during reservation, but the manager was flexible to adhere booking options to our needs. Thanks for that!

Half an hour of tube away from the city centre, good quality stay for a much cheaper price than the hotels in the center of London, washing machine with detergent and dryer available (very useful when you travel for a long period of time !), the hosting family were very nice and reactive to answer questions on the Booking chat, breakfast is self-made but it allows you to cook what you want and when you want in the morning (the breakfast fridge is always full with toast, bacon, cheese, eggs, jam and butter !). The place was always very clean as well and the bed nicely comfortable.

Having my own bathroom, TV, a comfortable reclining chair and a kettle with coffee provided in the room. Towels were provided but I brought my own. I liked I was able to access the communal kitchen at any time with a fridge that had bread, jam and juice. The kitchen had a washing machine and all gave me a feeling of a staying in a home. There is a pin code for the door so coming in and out at any time was no issue and it was convenient to self check out when I needed to leave early morning for work. It was quiet and I slept well.

I am vegan so I would of liked there to be some plant milk available (oat milk, soy milk etc) so I could have the cereals.

Best part of it is the location. close to shops and transport stations. I love the fact that there was a fully functioning and clean kitchen too. Wifi is amazing

The stairs are a lot. If you have a lot of luggage, request for ground floor or you will be stressed. Remember it’s an apartment so you help yourself. And the bed was soo soft i had back aches from sleeping. there was some rusting in the tiny corners of my bathroom which is generally not a problem but it makes me uneasy

It was my first solo trip and I enjoyed every minute spent in this Aparthotel! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I stayed for only 4 nights in a room with a private bathroom. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals (also food, but only for breakfast), a washing machine and a dryer! The building is just a 5-minute walk from the tube, which takes you to central London in about 30 minutes and the area is well served by restaurants and shops! If I ever came back to London, I would stay here again for sure!

Very clean, comfortable stay within the outer part of the London area. Complete with friendly staff, easy to understand means of checking in and out, clear instructions on room amenities and door entry code, and a simple enough route from Tooting Broadway tube station. Wonderfully clean ensuite in my room was a genuinely pleasant surprise, and kettle with tea and coffee were splendid additional touches. I stayed for two nights, but I would recommend here even for a week's stay. Definitely a place I will have in mind when I'm looking to stay in London again!

Not the quietest area during broad daylight, although it's perfectly quiet at night, so this is a minor issue.

The location was very convenient for bus and tube. I felt safe as a solo traveller. I had everything I needed. The communal kitchen and lounge area were spotless and well equipped. The fan in my room was much appreciated on some of the hottest days of the summer.

The instructions for room entry in the entrance hall need to be taken down because it confused me as I read it. It was really simple once I contacted the helpline number.

Surprisingly quiet given proximity to the high street. Friendly staff. Room had everything you need and the kitchen well stocked with good quality food and all equipment you need. Would definitely stay here again

Mattress and pillows uncomfortable....needs mattress topper or new mattress. Apart from that everything was great
