Upon arrival I was greeted and the check in was quick and painless, as well as letting me know about the facility's and what was being offered. I was traveling with my boat and I requested a boat slip during my stay and was given a covered slip. property was safe and I felt very comfortable staying.

This was a very quiet location. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The room was large and easily could accommodate 4 people. The shower was very good - plenty of hot water and the water pressure was very good. I arrived after 6pm and the staff left the key in my room (the office closes at 5pm).

The deadbolt did not work. The clock did not have a power cord (I didn't need it). The TV was ok, but too small for the large room. The TV also only had ROKU channels - so no local news, ESPN, CNN, etc. The location is good on the lake, but you had to go through an industrial area to get to the property.

Very beautiful, quiet, and relaxing location with the lake views, trees, and outdoor areas. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was nice and helpful as we arrived almost at check-in desk closure due to after hurricane traffic. Definitely will stay here again the next time we are in the Deland area.

The room was very spacious, with a separate living and kitchen. Great outdoor space and directly at the lake. Really quit place. Even though I was 2 hours early, the room was ready for check-in.

The location is on the end of the civilized world :), great if you want that but not if you want some more "entertainment". Contact with the company is zero. They send me a message within the Booking.com chat system that I had to pay a deposit, but the final booking stated that no deposit was needed upfront. I messaged them 2 and emailed them directly, but nu repley on either of the messages.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the pool area was very nice. We love to fish and the area is perfect for us. The buildings are a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable, especially if you are staying more than a couple of days.

We were very happy with everything

Location in the middle of woods. Lovely salt water pool. Old Florida charm. Seating right outside the flat was so relaxing. Safe Space for kids to play. Accommodating staff allowing a late checkout.

Only minor issue was that the Kitchen is very barebones, not even a sponge or salt and pepper so a bit limited for a short stay.

Property well taken care of, friendly staff

We loved our stay, the only suggestion would be the oven didn’t work properly and the showers water pressure was low. But considering the old Florida feel, it was nothing we couldn’t handle. We will definitely come back!

Location and the great sex I had with my man

The bed was a little uncomfortable and squeaky. There was not a TV in the bedroom the couch was to small. Also I cooked a pizza in the oven and the smoke alarm kept going off

It's perfect for the solo getaway or with ur loved one nice and private with many things to do with an outdoor pool ,even renting a pontoon if that's ur thing rooms were perfect and clean with all kinds amenities, pretty much need groceries and clothes I would recommend and I'm definitely going back ,it's a home away from home

Loved everything abt it

This is sweet property on the lake with a cool campground vibe. Super peaceful and super clean.

The bed was too soft for me but it was fine for my husband.
