Comfortable. Good Spa facilities. Ample parking. Excellent (staff with a few exceptions).

Food a bit bland. Location good if you like peace and quiet but a bit removed from bars restaurants etc. The steep climb back to the hotel will not suit everyone. Some staff a bit gruff or abrupt which can spoil an otherwise good experience. Overpriced for what you get.

Some of the staff were a bit rude, especially spa staff and their attitude towards the use of indoor pool & sauna facilities.

The hotel is amazing, room was nice and with great ocean view. Overall the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Two things we didn’t like the battle for the sun beds and food quality.

The staff are fantastic and so accommodating and enthusiastic. The view from our room and pool was amazing. It's just a short walk from a beautiful beach. As bouffet breakfast and dinner goes ,the food was excellent! We had great massages in the spa, and there were lots of different pool activities to choose from daily. The cliff walk to Puerto Rico is stunning. The aqua spin at sunset in the pool was definitely a highlight!

It's not that I didn't like this it's just to point out that Amadores is very quiet at night time, but Mogan and Puerto Rico are nearby if you want that option.

Couldn’t fault a single moment of our stay. We paid 1000 Euros each for a week All Inclusive for two single rooms in June 2025. The Food and facilities were amazing. Super clean. Very nice, helpful, friendly staff. The whole system works like a well oiled machine. Incredible location with views over Amadores beach. Close enough to Puerto Rico or Puerto Mogan for those seeking more excitement or adventure. We found our little slice of paradise and have rebooked for next year already. This Hotel is perfect for those seeking a quiet, peaceful get away. Large families with Children would be better suited at the sister Hotel - Gloria Palace Amadores. Which is just a few hundred meters away.

The hotel is close to the beach, offers absolutely all the facilities (there is even a souvenir shop and a shop with beach items inside the hotel). The room was spacious, with a spacious balcony and a wonderful view. The room was clean, the breakfast was varied and rich in various dishes. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

As a recommendation: the hotel still needs some renovations. We didn't mind this aspect because we usually don't spend much time in the hotel room. As I said, it's just a recommendation.

The location of the hotel was ideal.. Close to the beach restaurants and public transport. The bed and breakfast option was great value. All staff were very friendly especially Emily and Tony and the lady who looked after my room.. I liked the choice of sun bathing areas. Overall I would return to the Gloria Pakace Royal

As a 4 star hotel I think the Cocktails should be made by shaker and not push button machine. Also the drinks to be served in solid plastic tumblers instead of paper cups

Beautiful location with great infinity pool, overlooking the Amadores beach. Rooms are spacious and bed is super comfy. Special praise to Patryk from animation team, he made us feel really welcomed and my daughter enjoyed activities by the pool and in the kids club. He really makes the stay at the hotel more fun!

Reception staff was really confused and not too professional, felt like there was few untrained employees who just started working and our check in took forever. Food at the restaurant is ok, but vegetarian and vegan option could be better. Evening entertainment is not good at all, especially the live music. Hotel of this size and ratings should work on this more.

Lovely sea view from all parts of the hotel; plenty of sun beds; sensible sun bed reservation policy; lovely, helpful staff; great food; improved dining experience from the re-vamped (since we last stayed) main dining room; lovely big bed.

For the size and stature of the hotel, a second/themed restaurant would be good. Evening entertainment poor.

The location was excellent for access to beach and surrounding area. Pool are and bar were also really nice and snacks and drinks reasonably priced. Staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Food quality could be patchy - such as some fruit tinned. Inconsistent approach on sun bed reservations versus the rules laid out, impacts busy times negatively. Some animations excellent e.g Santana guitarist duo and flamenco; some poor solo artists in some cases poor and looked bored.
