The location is great, minutes from the ski lift by bus, close to the highway into Chamonix, a couple of ski shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants nearby but still quite secluded. The view of Mont Blanc and the mountains from my terrace at the back of the hotel was so fantastic to wake up to!

A suggestion would be making the bar more attractive and cosy using a designer to get it right. The tables and seating need to be arranged differently, using up the empty spaces and a little more colour added. Good atmospheric music might help. It has potential but just needs a good designer 'eye'. Would have liked a bedroom chest of drawers to put my smaller clothes in. There was good hanging space.

good breakfast, well located next to the bus station for transfer to Chamonix or to the cable cars for Bellevue or Prarion. For sledging or beginners in skiing, there's also the Tourchet piste in walking distance. there's a pool as well and a room for kids to play. they do serve a good dinner in the hotel's restaurant. the mountain-view room has a breathtaking view, obviously :)

the room is a tad small, not a big deal if you don't spend too much time in it

Hotel was located approx 10 mins walk form the main gondola, however there is also the ski bus service which is just a few steps from the hotel which will take you directly to the main lifts. Plenty of ski hire shops along the way or close to the lifts. Hotel has a lovely feel to it and the staff were super friendly and service excellent. Pool and sauna were a bonus. Breakfast which is extra was good and has plenty of choice for all tastes. Evening food offering was excellent. We will be staying again.

Rooms were spacious, however could do with a little attention i.e. carpets and decor need some updating. Pool and sauna although a bonus, again needed just a little bit of redecorating etc but this did not in anyway impact on our stay, and this is not a five star rated property either.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. There are a sauna and pool which were also very clean. The view from our room was amazing. I think any room in the hotel would have a great view.

The only downside was having to take a bus to get to Chamonix city center. The bus is easy to figure out during the day, but very confusing and unreliable after about 8 PM. However, there were a few hiking trails within walking distance of the hotel. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away.

This is a 'chocolate box' hotel with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The bar area is lovely to relax in especially. The hotel is a short 100 metre walk from the beginners slope and right in the centre of the village.. but quiet. The young lady on reception (I didn't get her name but she is from Uruguay) was absolutely fantastic and very friendly and helpful so special thanks to her. I feel that the rooms on the Mont Blanc side are quieter as we have stayed on both sides, but either way they are lovely rooms.

I feel that tea/coffee facilities would be a good addition to the rooms as sometimes a late night coffee would be nice. The bar closed at 10pm whilst we were there.. or take a kettle.

Very nice and welcoming staff. The facilities were fantastic. We stayed here the night before and after hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc, and there is a safe place to store bags for free. The pool and sauna were great.

The room we had on the night after the hike was on the corner of the building. This made the shower a little awkward the way the bathroom was orientated, thus it was hard to have a shower without flooding the bathroom. The dinner offered at the restaurant was a little out of our budget, however I'm sure was very nice

Good room, cleaned well daily, comfortable bed, super hot baths, outstanding balcony views to Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi. Nice varied breakfast options. Restaurant dinners tasty from broad menu. Wife enjoyed the pool and sauna. Morning shuttle minibus to Bellevue cable car or Prarion gondolas. Pick up option too. Chamonix Bus Route 1 stop a few minutes from hotel, free with lift pass. Excellent friendly little equipment hire shop just across the road.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I don't speak French, so their ability and willingness to speak English was greatly appreciated. Also really appreciate being able to store my belongings on my last day so I could get a final day of snowboarding in. Also, the hotel is located in a good spot if you're going to use the bus line.

No real complaints about the hotel. Chamonix bus system was a little confusing to me at first, so worth researching in advance to avoid wasting precious vacation time.

The bed was really comfy, balcony had a lovely view of the mountains, the rooms were ordered on daily basis in an non-invasive manner. The restaurant had a good offer of rather simple but tasty meals. Even though there was no green salad on the menu they made one for us. Very appreciated. A nice supermarket is 500m away. The famous hiking trails easy to reach by car. The hotel has a warm water pool which is really nice to relax the muscles after many hours of walking.

Nothing really. A coffee machine and a kettle would be nice to have but have not been provided.

The Hotel is a 3 star but you feel better than it. The staff is super good and also allowed us a slightly earlier check in. Rooms were pick n span clean. The view of Mont Blanc were superb from the room. Kid loved the pool . Overall a very nice property. A touch expensive but worth it and also it’s a tourist place….
