Location is easy to find on the navigation tool without any problem. There are a few restaurants of various cuisines, such as Chinese, Japanese, Western / Continental inside the resort makes it convenient for meals. Breakfast choice was good too.

Check in at 3pm was a little late for us, as we arrived at the hotel around 2pm and had to wait. We waited at the lobby and thought of having a Latte but there was no staff at the coffee shop near the games room.

The room was huge, spacious and comes with a view of the beach. The area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The resort has its own private beach, away from other the public.

There was nothing much to eat around the hotel and the cafe/restaurants looks closed for most of the day. Not sure if it's due to low room occupancy rate as we didn't see much people around despite the resort having many rooms. The breakfast was average.

Superb location, beach looks gorgeous. Room was spacious, loved the bathroom, simple and spacious too. Facilities were great, although a little old and run down. The swimming pool is big with a nice waterfall, with seaview! perfect place for kids. Overall it was nice and cosy. Spices & herbs restaurant was good. Didnt get to try the teppanyaki place but heard it was good too. Breakfadt spread was basic, nothing fancy.

No cable tv, just some local channels. Facilities quite old and rundown, needs some refresh.

Great place for vacation with family. Can access the sea beach from the hotel. No need to go to other place. This hotel has three restaurants in side the property; Chinese, Japanese and standard. Breakfast was quite nice. Big swimming pool is there and have pool bar. Gym is also there. The adventure water park is around 5 km away. If you don’t have car can grab, up-to 6pm getting grab is very fast. Kids playroom is also there. Game room is there. Check in and Check out is very smooth. We enjoyed our stay here. You can choose this hotel for Desaru stay 🎉.

Breakfast is not as expected as for 4 star hotel. Some of the food is tasteless and also too little choice

The location and beach was good . The rooms were quite big and had nice views. People were friendly. It was good value for money and I would come again.

The food was very disappointing. Breakfast could have focused more on international choices. The canai made were cold. The eggs made had no salt . In the evening we tried Spices and Herb buffet, where the chicken Alfredo pasta was raw, no taste at all. The bbq meats were cold and chewy. Again not much options. Every food we ate lacked salt and made it taste bad. Chinese restaurant has so limited choices that we had to walk out. Basically the food was very disappointing. Also wifi was quite weak and poor in the rooms. We struggled to even access social media and take calls on WhatsApp. Really need to upgrade.

The room is spacious, super decent. It is near the beach, but it is not recommended to swim there as the tide is quite high. The view is really nice, water sport, atv and mangroove tour is available, should try that next time. The food is not bad. The customer relation is very good, thank you to Ms Amirah for the smooth check in,she is really helpfull. The hotel is really clean, no doubt about that.

1) Would be good if all units have sofa bed. 2) Was told that the iftar ends at 10pm. We went back after prayers ard 930pm, and found that staff have packed up.
