No free pick up and drop off given its next to the airport. Rates might be low but for family of 3, ended up paying 25% of room cost for transport to/fro the hotel. It was 5-7mins ride each way.

Radisson Red is an exceptional hotel and worth the price we paid for the room, breakfast and late check out. The entire hotel is styled beautifully, immaculately clean, and very functional for most people’s needs. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and quiet, and afforded us a great nights sleep that was much needed prior to our 31 hour travel day. We had breakfast included and the offer was delicious and catered to various cultural needs and desires. On offer were all the usual options for an English and continental breakfast, Indian food, more fruit than you could imagine, pastries, cereals, yoghurt bar and more. All good was hot, well cooked and the areas kept clean and hygienic. Customer service was great and the lovely check in staff were helpful in arranging a late check out for us to ensure we had adequate rest for our flights.

The pool was not functional and although I would have been okay with this had I have known, the reason we booked this over other more cost effective hotels was for the pool use. I think it’s essential that this is documented in the booking process to allow people to make an informed decision.

Staff need to be better informed about shuttle as I was told it was a 15 minute trip and it took 45 . Same as when I was searching for shuttle after 12 hour flight times for shuttle not clearly documented , whilst it’s supplementary service it critically to their location and purpose of hotel

It’s clean and comfortable. it’s handy to the airport. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with lots of options. Service was pleasant

Great room with lots of space and a really comfortable bed. Clean and well designed room. Close to the airport. The place is quiet and you can really relax during your stay. Shower and bathroom were clean and really well organised.

Staff was slow in the check in process, we had a really big line which was slowly moving due to some of the staff members being really slow in handling customers. Restaurant has very small number of dishes available and is really overpriced. The advertised “airport shuttle” is really misleading. They do not have a shuttle, they use the hotel hopper service which is really infrequent, really expensive and sometimes already full. Additionally the staff is borderline unhelpful in booking a taxi. We almost lost our flight because of that. Probably walking to the terminal may be the faster route at some hours.

Great locstion,just 10 minutes from terminl 3, room was comfy with nice beds and a great shower and was quiet given the proximity to the airport,we got a taxi from the hotel to the terminal which took 10 minutes though it was a little pricey at £30

Food was only ok and also a bit pricey,there is a green king pub just a five minute walk across a main road serving much better food and also quite a bit cheaper,did,nt find it till after we had eaten at hotel and were going for a stroll outside when a gent told us about it.

Hotel was great. Close to the airport, but couldn’t hear any outside noises. It is walking distance to the bus stops to get into London which made it a very convenient location. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well stocked! Breakfast was a smorgasbord of food with lots of delicious options.

Could never find anyone who worked at the hotel! For as many people as there were during our stay, the front desk wasn’t manned, and check in/check out was done electronically with one person to assist. When we called for room service, we were told we couldn’t get it because there was one person on duty.

Stayed here coming in/out of Heathrow. Very large hotel with sound proof rooms. Food, bar, amenities on premise. All were great and met our expectations. Will definitely book here when coming in/out of Heathrow. Free water in the room was a nice touch. Coffee in room was excellent as well. Really can't ask for more.

Arriving via bus and self check-in is a pain. If you take public transportation, you'll arrive via bus a block away. Better signage & communication for arriving via public transportation would be nice. Self check-in is kind of a pain but they did have staff member there helping if you had issues, which almost everyone did. That said, the price was reasonable so don't mind.

Closeness to Heathrow Airport. Comfortable room

There was a power outage for what seemed like over an hour just on dusk. There was no communication from the hotel. Being on the 5th floor with no lifts working and the phone wasn't working we were reluctant to go down the stairs to reception to investigate. Some sort of notification/update would have been appreciated. After a long day, we ended up having to shower in the dark as had no idea how long the outage was expected to last. We appreciate that events like this outage occur and are assuming it was out of the control of the hotel. The most important thing as a guest is communication!
