Fantastic location, great facilities and easy access.

Bunk bed in one of the apartment was loose, shaking and makes lots of noise. Continuous toilet flush after use unless manually fixing everytime by opening the water tank and letting the flush valve come-up. Lighting in the BBQ area does not work untill dark which is unfair as we had to use our mobile phones for almost an hour before light comes on. Phone call to property manager did not work as the lights are automated.

Location is brilliant. Literally in the middle of town, walking distance to anything. For a budget stay, it's pretty good. Cooking facilities were a plus. Undercover parking on site is a plus. Split systems kept the place comfortable. Pet friendly. A few steps away from the river front.

Wifi cut out and was basically unusable. The TV really needs an update - it was a bit annoying to use. The beds are only doubles, not queen. My feet were hanging over the edge. A little rearranging of bedroom furniture would open things up dramatically.

Many thanks to Sue for her warm welcome and assistance throughout our stay. We loved the motel's location right across the road from De Bortoli's Rutherglen home. Couldn't have been more convenient. The rooms were spotless and well appointed, and Sue's recommendations for tour and dining spots were invaluable. We took her advice and went to Picker's Cafe for their homemade meals, and then headed across the NSW border about 12 mins to the Corawa RSL for dinner. Perhaps another time we'll be able to explore her other recommendations - there were many enticing places to dine in Rutherglen.

We'd have loved a basin in the bathroom LOL. Quirky, but not a problem in any way.

We got in late and left early. Shower was great!!!! As a tall adult, the bunk beds, pilow, sheets were super comfy. Fridge kept everything super cold Parking right out thr front of room. Quiet location.

Not much Kitchen is dated but not bothered.

Loved the location right on the Ovens River and can walk everywhere. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Unit 2 had a beautiful view of the grassed area with lush shady trees. Undercover car park for each unit. Would definitely stay again.

Quite dated and old. Spiderwebs galore around the front door entrance. Such a gem of a spot but could do with a little tlc in oudoors areas.

Beautiful convenient central location, accepts pets (we took our cat) for a small reasonable fee that no other accommodations in the area offer. Good heater and electric blankets made sleeping very comfortable in a cold alpine region.

Could have been cleaner inside, floors looked like they needed to be vacuumed and very old smell on entry.

The location was exceptional and I lived the big windows you could look out at the garden and the river…

My husband stayed the Saturday night before and he reckoned someone had used the kettle to boil stuff..like noodles or hotdogs. So it’s probably worth checking the kettle when you come to clean after each stay.

Location was amazing. Facilities basic but fine if thats what you expect. Great value for money right on the river

Facilities were fine but just be aware they are dated. But if that doesn't bother you I would highly recommend.

Great location beside the river & short walk into Bright Peaceful & tranquil

In desperate need of TLC Must add bed, heating & shower were all really good which was what we wanted as out & about all day exploring the area

Cabin, location

A staff ( i guess only him working there) so means. We forgot 1 of our luggage then informed him we gonna go back to pick it but he ignored us until we had to ask the police talking to him. Never go back again
