It’s a quiet hotel by the lake, although no coast is directly available. There’s a nice park almost next to it, might have some bathing options. It’s by a main road, you can get to the highway in 5 minutes and then to Milan. Breakfast was good, lots of options and some variation each day. Room was big, with a small kitchenette (no pots or cutlery though) and a table. Partner restaurant next door was very good, and a saver since options in the area are few on holidays or weekends.

It’s not a place to stay there all day but it’s also not really close to the big lakes or Milan or Bergamo, so it’s something to keep in mind.

We stayed for one week in the hotel, everything is perfect. Room is spacious and clean, adequately heated. Balcony is big. There is a small lake just next to hotel, ideal for a morning walk after breakfast. There is also a big playground next to hotel, perfect places for my kids to "release" the energy. Breakfast is decent with essential choices. The pancake machine is kids' favorite. Hotel is located conveniently close to Varese, lake Como and etc. One can plan day trips to surrounding area easily. There is a restaurant just cross the street from hotel, as hotel guests you can get a small discount there. Food are good there, with pizza, spaghetti, Pallela etc. On new year eve, hotel/restaurant also has a fantastic fireworks show, our balcony has the best viewing position.

Wonderful, helpful staff like in the best five-star hotels! Very nice and clean hotel rooms. Comfortable beds and clean linen, which is very important for me. Good location close to the lake. Tasty breakfasts and courteous service.

It would be nice if there were more vegetables at breakfasts, but this is just my personal thought. And it would be useful to renovate the shower (tiles, shower faucets, shower wall). But that's the only thing I have any reservations about.

Hotel is situated right on the lake. Our room was comfortable, very big, with lake view, great bathroom with bidet, nicely decorated. Staff was very polite and professional. Breakfast was OK.

Air conditioning had some trouble cooling our room, it felt at times as if it was off, even though it was working fine. It would have been nice if there was a kettel and coffee or tea in the room.

The hotel is wonderful- spacious rooms, very clean and equipped with all you need. Excellent breakfast.

The only downside is the location. It’s great for cyclist but a bit further away if you’d like to explore Lake Maggiore. There wasn’t a lot of food options either although the local spots we found were amazing!

The staff at the front desk were very nice and were very informative and spared no efforts to help us. The room was very clean.

The showers. They are high. The sliding knob to switch the water between the head shower and the hand shower was very high and out of reach. The showers need to be replaced with normal shower.

Right next to the lake, a very nice balcony and lots of parking. Felt like a relaxing place overall. Good breakfast. Was good value for money. The place is within one hour driving distance of Lake Como.

Nice hotel with a view at the lake , spacious room , everyday cleaning , parking , the breakfast had the basics .Very easy to visit the lakes of Northern Italy from the hotel .

I would like a better outdoor sitting area , the breakfast could be better

Amazing location.

Most of the facilities and fittings are outdated. All the trashbins in our room had their lid broken off, the shower handle was hanging loose, the minifridge had a loose door, … The standard was not what we expected from a 4* hotel.
