A very nice hotel. Eleonore actually has two buildings. The new one is situated next to the old city wall. The Mary Rose pizzeria is located on the ground floor. This is also where breakfast is in the morning. The room is very clean and modern. In the room air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, there is also a small balcony. Everything very nice and modern. The bathroom is clean. Here an extra plus from the wife - in the bathroom an extra second mirror. For those who like to have darkness when they sleep - the balcony has an outside door and a thick curtain. This is a super combination. Breakfast very tasty. The owners very friendly and helpful. The hotel has its own parking spaces under a canopy, so the car doesn't heat up as much. The hotel also has its own free sunbeds on the beach, complete with locker, and the beach itself is huge.

In terms of my personal preference, however, the bed and pillows were a little too hard. Perhaps a mix like this - one soft and one a little harder would be optimal. But as I say - everyone is different and likes something different.

The hotel is owned and operated by a lovely couple who do their best to meet all requests. It is located near the beach and a pass for an umbrella and beach chairs are given to you as part of your booking. This is a real bonus, as the beach has reserved booking areas you would would otherwise have to pay for. It is also within walking distance of Chioggia, a small town. The owners also operate a small pizzeria next to the hotel which is where you have a delightful breakfast each morning and can count on for a good dinner at the end of the day. If your destination is the city of Venice, this may not be the best location, as there are no water buses to the city, but there is a regular bus. Ask the proprietors for the 'how to' with organizing a ticket, it can be tricky.

Very near to the old town of Chioggia. All POIs are in walking distance. The owner family offers typical Italian breakfast und dinner. My absolute recommendation for a visit of Chioggia. Not easy to find. You must follow the one-way road Fondamenta Lungolaguna. You should park near Trattoria da Momolo. The entrance to the reception is behind that Trattoria.

Very interesting design of the rooms, each room has a name, our room was called Cinema and we had white screen as in cinema instead Tv and everything was perfect

We couldn’t have breakfast because the restaurant is very small and no space for food corner. The lady owner had to explain what she can prepare for breakfast, then she started doing, then she started to prepare the drinks for the couple who was there, it took about 20 minutes, so we decided that we can’t wait other 20 minutes to prepare breakfast for us so we left without even taking coffee. Owner should think about any other option

Our stay was simply spectacular. Everything was simply impeccable. From the care taken in cleaning, organization and decoration, everything was simply spectacular. Then the friendliness and availability of our host was tireless in explaining everything to us how to go visit Venice. The pizzas were great and the breakfast was impeccable, they didn't miss anything. We would like to thank you very much for the way you welcomed us. If we can return, this is where we want to stay. A smaller hotel with an excellent location. Shaded parking space for the car close to the hotel. Cozy, modernly furnished room, nice design, everything perfectly clean. The excellent Pizzeria Mary Rose belongs to the hotel. It serves excellent breakfasts for hotel guests. Pleasant and helpful staff, we will be happy to come back here in the future.

I nice hotel in the north of Sottomarina. The room was fresh with a very nice bathroom. Recently renovated. Very nice and helpful staff, who even ran a pizzeria in the basement, where we had our breakfast. The breakfast was good. Free parking on the opposite side of the street. Sunbeds, umbrella and lockable cabin included in the nearby beach included. Even bikes for free.

No elevator.

Nice apartment very close to the beach and port. You get access to a hut at the beach with sunbeds and chairs. (Which is perfect to lock up your valuables while going swimming) There's also bikes for you to take. We mainly explored the city by bike and it really elevated our experience since everyone else is biking too. We'd definitely recommend checking out the owner's pizzeria for dinner too! If you're planning for a longer stay you can wash your clothes in the washing machine and hang them up on the balcony no problem.

With the descriptions sent, we couldn't find a place to park our car at first so my father had to wait in the car while I went to the reception. The owner immediately showed us to the designated parking spot though so it wasn't too bad. Other than that we had no complaints.
