The hotel was close to the town, beach and harbour. It had good secure parking. On arrival we were greeted by friendly professional receptionist. Check in was quick and easy. The bedroom was clean, bright and airy and very comfortable. There was a nice seating area next to reception where you could have a drink. Breakfast was served in a clean and bright room, there was a good selection of very delicious food. All the staff were very friendly and professional.

We use this hotel when travelling too Portugal because it's such a great quality hotel . Fantastic value for money . Breakfast is really good value and great quality . Cannot praise the staff enough . Really helpful and friendly . It's well situated if you have time to wander into the town

Not enough variety, more fruits like melons,more vegetables like tomato, cucumber, etc and it is better when the cappuccino in style Italian and more different kinds of bread

I know it’s a budget hotel, albeit not particularly cheap, but a kettle in the room wouldn’t break the bank and would make a big difference. A little less over priced for the room facilities.

Location ideal for short stay in town. Good parking. Easy to walk everywhere. Bar does pizzas and other simple food at all times of day.

Very expensive for an Ibis. Not very dog friendly. First Ibis I have stayed in where dog could not come to breakfast, so we had to go to breakfast elsewhere.

Perfect location . Lovely staff . Very clean . Comfortable with welcome aircon as it was hot outside! Secure car parking was a must for us as we were travelling. Free parking was a bonus . Would definitely recommend .

Rooms clean, modern and comfortable. Free parking at the hotel but also plenty of spaces in front of the hotel on the street.

Short walk back over the bridge from Saint Jean de Luz but a little dark in places although it felt quite safe

The staff are super nice and helpful especially requesting hot water all the bottle for the baby they always do it with a smile, and is the breakfast not to be missed 😉

Quiet and safe location. Clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Pleasant 5 minutes walk to train station, and another 5 minutes into town and beach. Good breakfast.

Good access to Saint-Jean-de-Luz by foot, and at a reasonable price. Very easy and reasonably priced secure parking. Great staff. Nice breakfast.
