The location was perfect. You can move around for free with the Miami Trolley and the Metromover. The hotel is near all the interesting areas. Midtown shopping mall and Design District nearby. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. The bed was really comfortable. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room and really good coffee for one dollar at the reception. The toiletries are really good quality and smell nice.

I loved everything.

Very spacious room, fridge in the room, huge bed, toiletries, daily cleaning service. Location is just perfect- about 45 minutes walk to Bayside (don't miss Maurice Ferre Park on the way) but buses to Downtown Miami also available just beside the hotel, the shopping mall about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and bus stop for the bus to Miami International Airport is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The personell was so friendly. The whole stay the deverse staff where there to awnser our questions. And at the end of our stay they even tried to call a cab for us. I pre booked one but unfortunally this one did not show up. Taxi that the employee called took almost took 15 minutes extra. At the end, we got on time on the flixbus. Thank you so much again!

The room was clean and modern. Free parking outside hotel. Only 20 mins from the airport and 20 mins to Miami Beach by car. Friendly staff available 24/7. Safe neighborhood.

No breakfast and free coffee available in the lobby, but you can find fast food restaurants next to the hotel. Noisy street. Musty smell in the room due to high humidity (but the was clean!).

Great location, fast food restaurants are just across the street. There are also a Target and other shops within 10 minute walking distance. The room was very clean and there was a daily housekeeping. The small yard has a really nice vibe to hang out for breakfast or in the evening. Beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything you may need.

The shower was a little uncomfortable as adjusting the water temperature is a real challenge. Also, the walls are not very soundproof and we could hear the TV from the other room which could be disturbing.

The location was exceptional. There were varied choices for eating that one could walk or drive to. The outside seating area was awesome. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, and I would use the facility again.

I was unable to watch TV. I had problem making connection. I did not notice a phone in the room so call anyone if I need assistance. But I had my iPad and boom box with me. So, not too much of a downer.

Depozit amount on my card was not blocked only but debited and then credited in the same day. Therefore I lost some money in my home currency because of Fx rate difference. This was the only hotel during our trip blocking funds by this way.

It's the location for me. I walked fromt the up midtown to Miami center and the sea accross the biscayne boulevard. Bus connection if you don't drive by yourself. You cal walk in any direction you want. It's perfect. Restaurants in front, back everywhere. I love it there. The room was cleaned daily.

First question was how was breakfast. What breakfast?😂 The outside appearance was deceiving, looked kinda like a dive. However, the rooms were very nice. Nicely decorated, cold refrigerator & working microwave was a bonus. Patio area was nice. It was raining so we didn’t get a chance to use it. Close to a ton of eating establishments & close to Bayside Marketplace. Staff was very helpful & friendly.

Some of the towels were not clean, no space in the bathroom for your toiletries other than window sill, no wastebasket in bathroom, had to use shower gel to wash hands.

Great location, the staff are all lovely and they keep the place super clean. The property is very basic but great value when all one wants is a clean place to rest, close to all shops.

Some of rooms which do not have windows in the bathroom can get a bit damp.
