I recomend this hotel, at first is very good location- close to the center, you can walk about 20 minutes and also close to the train station and bus station- about 15 minutes by walking. There is metro close to hotel. But the most important is atmosphere in this beautiful and cosy hotel. I had room with high ceiling in antique style and dining room is also in antique style and I want to say special thank you to the staff. They are very friendly and kind. The next time I exactly will stay here!

everything was good

The room had space and was very clean. It was located in a very good position and was a quiet neighborhood. I like the fact that the staff was so nice and kept my luggages until i finished work . I am obsessed with cleanliness and everything was tidy. The breakfast was an european italian breakfast. Fresh and simple i enjoyed that. The staff was so social and friendly and was there for everything I needed . They also borrowed me an umbrella because it was raining and checked up on me when they saw I wasnt feeling that well. I loved the old architecture style that the hotel had. I am an architect so it was such a delight eating breakfast surrounded by the beauty of the room.

I wish they had dome flip flops for the toilet but that didnt bother my trip at all . It was great stay !

All in all hotel in great location (close to the city center but also to railway and metro station). Clean room and friendly staff. Although not much of variety, breakfast was good. It is not a luxurious hotel but price to quality ratio is great!

I got a room without natural light. Also some basic tea could be offered in the room. Otherwise all good

A great welcome on arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is stylish and comfortable, the room was huge, decorated with thoughtfulness. Quiet at night with no noise from other rooms. A comfortable bed, great shower and a great breakfast. Close to the train station and the historic centre.

Absolutely nothing

Great location: close to a metro and tram stop and train station (Porta Susa) Very very friendly staff: they all helped us out very quickly when we had an issue or question Breakfast was nice: good choice of food and very friendly man who made our coffees Room was quite big for 3 people and there was even a bit of a balcony

Unfortunately no mosquito nets on the window (which was necessary at the moment...) They also ask you to leave your key in the hotel while going to the city, which is a bit strange

Good location (near the metro station or 28-minute walk across the main historic attractions to the museum "quarter") and a family atmosphere. As a solo traveller, i felt safe. The staff was always present and very helpful. The breakfast is a simple Italian with freshly brewed coffee. The building is a historical one and has its charm.

Due to the change of plans i extended my stay so i had 2 bookings. Because it was a separate booking and the hotel was full i had to change the rooms. The staff was really helpful with a transition. As i mentioned in my previous review - the hotel has a family atmosphere and is very safe. The location is great. Good value for money.

I enjoyed staying at Principi d'Acaja Hotel so much that I will book again next December as I am planning to come back to Turin. It is a run family business and the owners take good care of their guests. To be recommended.

The mini bar in my room wasn't working. But it was a minor issue.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable for a good night sleep but above all the staff is very kind and warmly welcomes you to their beautiful hotel! Grazie mille for making my short stay in Torino exceptional! Breakfast was also good at a very nice decorated room!

Nothing was negative.

The room and furniture were pretty basic but clean and perfectly adequate. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for Porta Susa railway station (5-10 minute walk). Exclellent value for money. Would definitely stay again.
