I came here because I was evacuated from the Sunset Fire near Palisades . I knew that Best Westerns are noted for their comfy beds . This was very comfy . The place was Very very clean , how refreshing . It’s noisy in the mornings because everyone wants to get up and go get their all you can eat breakfast buffet . I’m not a breakfast person but this was good . Make your own hot waffle , dufferent cereals including oatmeal . Bananas an apples and eggs . I didn’t like it that the room has a door inside that connects directly to the next door room . I could hear a woman talking very loudly on her cellphone , in the next room . That’s not the norm , right ? Same breakfast every morning . I stayed 4 nights . If you don’t mind some noise it’s good , and if you value a comfy bed .

Shower was either too hot or too cold

Safe neighborhood and very clean. Good value for money. US standard breakfast: scrambled eggs made from powder, sausages, potatoes, pancakes, sweet bread, cup cakes, bagels, sweetened yoghurts, fruits (but no vegetables), hard boiled eggs, peanut butter and jelly.

Receptionist limited his words to literally just "What's your name?", "Can I have your credit card?" and "Here's your access card, there's the breakfast room" - didn't even say "Good morning", "Have a nice stay" etc. (but wasn't rude or anything). Thin walls and ceiling, I could hear all sounds from surrounding rooms (conversations, tv, using toilet and shower) and corridor. Loud air conditioner, I had to turn it off every night. Ear plugs necessary. No option to set gentle shower stream, it had to be turned on for max.

I liked their varied breakfast and that you could refill whatever you wanted. Regarding the room, there were too many switches.

What I didn’t like was that I had to let them know if I wanted housekeeping; it wasn’t automatic. I also didn’t like that they didn’t provide water like other hotels. Additionally, the laundry only worked with 25-cent coins, which was inconvenient since you had to ask for change at the front desk if you didn’t have any.

Located near a lot of restaurants. Very clean and staffs are friendly. We stayed there for 9 days and the only thing we wish is the variety of their hot breakfast menu- every day is same thing: scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, sausage or sausage patties. We can use some bacons, hash browns and omelette or something else. The rest are pretty good, ie cereals, pancakes, yogurts, breads, bagels, chocolate muffins, juices, coffee. Pool is great for kids.

Very clean rooms and nice hot breakfast included, with waffle maker, scrambled eggs and potatoes, sausage and other options like cereal and some fruits. Also juices, coffee and tea to drink. Very good for the price. Perfect for a family trip to Disneyland, 30 min away from the park.

It’s a bit old construction so it’s not nice or pretty. But very good choice for the price, just to sleep there, shower and breakfast.

The suite was spacious.

The room looked nothing like the website. It was a bit old and inundated. Also, there was a door hanger in the room that said room service. We hung it on the door and when we returned, the room was like we left it. I called the front desk and was told that the cleaning crew do not use those door hangers anymore; if we wanted room service, we would have to make the request at the front desk.

Friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast had a very good variety, cleaning crew was very sweet, parking was great, location was excellent! Overall such a great experience and will be returning!!

I don't think there was anything I could complain about. The only thing that did kind of get annoying was having to log into out streaming services every time we turned the TV on. Such a minor thing though.

Location was perfect for Cali there were some pretty ghetto places glad to have stayed here.

The bed wasn’t very clean on the first day and there was a chair that would glow to my black light so that was gross but we requested room service for new sheets and so the bed was clean after that and we just didn’t use the chair.

Excellent facilities has a microwave and a mini fridge, excellent breakfast, mini choices, swimming pool, hot tub, washing clothes facility. The bus is just outside the door., was on a main drag so to get to downtown was easy just one bus transfer, I grocery store one block away and Dollerama,bakery and a few restaurants

It was a two hour bus ride to Hollywood downtown excursions

The hotel location is great. Having the breakfast and free parking is a huge plus for solo traveler.

The walls are very thin and any normal voice conversation created and interference in the adjacent rooms which created discomfort in the neighboring rooms. The amenities within the room is not adequate.
