I liked the dog friendly environment, didn't feel like I had to tip toe around when walking my dog.

The carpet in the rooms. They seemed old. Recommend replacing with vinyl plank flooring.

The Stay Was Wonderful. But sadly the toilet paper used by The Hyatt Hotels Was Like Using Sand Paper And Actually Made Me Bleed. As A Business Owner Myself The Cost Of Saving A Few Pennys Compared To A Important Normal Human Task Which You Yourself And Every "Human/Customer" Practice Is Not Justified. In My Business I Would Make The Employee And Owner Of The Business Use That Toilet Paper Themselves So They Could Experience The Comfort/Discomfort That All Hyatt Customers Feel And Then I Would Fire Them. I Could Never Have A Representive Of My Business Brand Bring Any Negative Experience That Is Completely Avoidable. Of My Stay At Hyatt Hotels This Is What I Remember And Felt The Most. Not A Pleasant .....

The pool and hot tub were awesome! The pool was refreshing, and the hot tub was relaxing! Both the pool and hot tub were easy to get into and out of. Nice sturdy grab bars! Staff were very helpful and professional. The bed was comfortable. The French toast on Father's Day morning was good. . The docking station for charging phones was great too! There were several restaurants close by which was nice!

It would have been nice to have more items and a better variety of snack items and other needed items for purchase at the front desk. More variety at breakfast would have been nice too.

Breakfast was just continental but sufficient and included in the cost of the room. The very large eating area was packed with customers every morning. There is a bar with wine, beer and hard liquor. Nice Pool area with shade, lounges, tables & chairs. Large rooms well appointed. A good homey feel about the whole facility that others also shared. Centrally located in the Phoenix area. Excellent baked goods and other eatables for sale.

A little loud sometimes. No Belgian waffles? Not sure if there was anything wrong with this hotel as it may not as luxurious some top tier hotels but perfect for most families, groups and singles.

The single room was huge and had everything right at my fingertips! The couch even had a pullout bed so even with 1 bed you could have more people stay. The room was fresh and smelled so good right when I walked in. AC unit was quiet and worked really well!

Paying $4 for a 16oz bottle of water got a little pricey. Great for convenience but if you're a big water drinker, just go to the Walmart down the street and get a big jug for cheap.

The location was perfect for us with many restaurants within walking distance. We felt safe in the area as well. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The breakfast was very good every day and they kept the dining area clean. Coffee was good which is a hug plus! Internet was fast enough for me to work during part of our stay. We needed to extend our day and Leslie at the front desk made it possible for us to stay in our same room which was extremely helpful for us!

Although the breakfast was good, it would have been nice if it was ready when they were supposed to be open. Coffee available in the lobby around the clock would be nice for those of us who stay on EDST.

Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, staff were super friendly and we over all enjoyed our stay and will likely stay again when we come back to AZ to see family.

While the bed was overall comfortable, the pillows in our room sucked. They were not comfortable and completely flat. We tried to double them and fold them up but it didn’t help. Not saying all the pillows of the hotel are like this just the ones in our room. Would still stay again but will probably bring my own pillow from home next time.

The pool area is outstanding. Plenty of towels and nice warm pool water. There are plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Parking is easy with access to rooms front and side. Besides the poo, there is a putting area for golf nuts.

Explanation of how to get in from the side entrance could have been clearer. I was told the door, whereas it was a gate through the pool area.

The staff, rooms breakfast are great! We know from previous stays however we were unable to complete our last two reservations because of illness. The Hyatt manager was kind enough to call and told us to reach out to booking.com and he would refund the charges. I did contact them and was hung up on three times and finally was told no the don't do refunds. Just their attitude alone is enough for me to say It will be a cold day in h%^ before we us them again.

Nice / clean. Staff were approachable and very nice. The atmosphere was very inviting. The breakfast was wonderful! We came into town for business and a medical procedure. We needed to freshen up prior to my husbands procedure and it was technically too early to check-in. I called the hotel and they were able to let us have a room earlier so that we could rest. They even gave us bottled water. They really went above and beyond. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We thoroughly loved this stay and will be back. Thank you!!
