Our host was very lovely She is sweetest person ever. We arrived late but she was waiting for us and welcomed us very well. The b&b was beautiful as well. She helped us travel from Rome and back She helped us buy bus tickets and also explained routes very well. We felt very comfortable around her.

It is quite far from the city centre

we were delighted with the property. it was excellent for us Travelling as a group of three and using both rooms.The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast which was refreshed daily was also super. both bathrooms were ensuite and excellent with good showers The host was very friendly and accommodating. It was very hot while we were there and the Shady Terrace was lovely in the afternoon as well.

A small thing really was the road noise from the main road which runs very close to the property which also means that parking might prove difficult for some people. No real problems for us though.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner, given our keys, and instructions on using the kitchen. The fridge was stacked, the supply of coffee endless. The whole place smelled of cleanliness and flowers. The hygiene was impeccable and you had the feeling of being welcomed and free to do your own stuff. The owner, the lovely Michela, supplied even the electricity adapters. If you want to stay within a walking distance (15 minutes by foot) from Monte Compatri, you must stay here. Just one more thing - the town closes down at 4 pm, which left us without food. The owner offered to drive us to eat, but she WENT AND BOUGHT PIZZA FOR US when we refused! P.S. Avoid the restaurant close by - the Amadeo, the food is edible but the staff doesn't speak a word of English and IT IS BEYOND EXPENSIVE!

The bedroom and common kitchen was very nicely decorated and taken care of, and breakfast diversity and amount was perfect for us. We received an exquisite treatment from the owner who did everything possible to address and solve each of our needs.

We underestimated the location, which was not perfect if relaying only on public transport, despite having the bus stop to and from Frascati next to the B&B... so pre-buying tickets and/or better using own transport would be recommended.

Superb welcome, in a charming and very clean place. Michela has resulted in my needs and has always been reactive.

The room is clean, really comfortable. there is every thing you need to stay around Monte Porzio and Roma of course. the breakfast is good, there is quantity and quality. Michela is a very nice host !
