Very welcoming and excellent service. Room clean and well laid out. No view, but this is not an issue as it is in a side street. It wouldn't stop us staying again. In fact we would love to see Orlèane in the summer as it is a beautiful place and this is where we will book. P.S. Put EV charging on your site. I found out when I was leaving. The photo we added is about 20m from the hotel. The photo is right next to the Hotel.

I would give this hotel 100% across the board if they had better coffee making facilities in the room. I know it sounds minor however, I love a coffee when I get up and a small pod machine is common in a lot of hotels these days.

Very friendly and helpful staff at Reception, both day and night. Parking was available at the hotel and there was plenty of headroom too, as we had been worried our 4x4 plus roof box would not fit... Breakfast was continental style and was plentiful.

The lift is very small and my partner fund it claustrophobic - they did offer to chance our room to a lower floor so we could use the stairs, but we didn't bother in the end. The location was perfect for accessing the Old Town and the river.

The facilities are very modern and the hotel has taken great care to provide top class fixtures and fittings. The breakfast was excellent. The private parking was very secure and convenient.

Our only disappointment was that the management omitted to warn us that the olympic flame was passing through Orleans that evening so that the area around the hotel was cut off and so we were not able to check in until very late. To their credit they were very apologetic, and gave us a free breakfast.

Great location near central square. We had time for a wander about and a look at the historic streets and the outside of the Cathedral before it got dark. We were very close to streets with plenty of restaurants.

The only thing is that the rainhead shower didn't work, but there was a small attachment that did, so we were able to shower just fine.

The staff were very helpful, the room beautifully prepared and breakfast was good. So close to the centre absolutely perfect.

I was cross when less than 12 hrs before arriving I got an email indicating due to a festival most roads close to the hotel were shut and to come a certain way in, ie via an underground car park. This proved difficult as the directions were not accurate and eventually we found someone in the car park who helped. Due to this delay I had to pay a car park fee. Had I been notified prior to the hotel taking payment from my bank card I would most certainly have found a hotel outside the city limits.

Location is as good as it gets right in the city center. The hotel private parking in a locked garage (book in advance and pay fee when you check in). The friendliness of the staff, very kind and helpful. We chose to have breakfast outside at a nearby restaurant, so no personal experience, but looked ok when we walked past in the morning.

Rooms are very small, but for a couple on nights no problem.

The breakfast was excellent. What made the stay so good was the quality of the staff. Alexei was extremely helpful, considerate and polite. He was outstanding. The lady in charge of breakfast was very helpful and polite. Thank you to Alexei and his team.

The bedroom smelt of drains on arrival but we opened the window and that helped!

The family room was a great option for us, as it can be difficult to find rooms that accommodate 4 guests. The kids had bunk beds that they were very happy with. The location is very central - literally steps from the historic city centre.

While parking is available, we didn't realize it needed to be reserved in advance for an extra cost of 20 euros. Thankfully there was a spot available and the staff were very accommodating. The streets surrounding the area are also very narrow (typical of historic parts of Europe).

The hotel was perfectly located near the main square in Orleans. In a very historic part of town, this little gem of a hotel has been updated with great care. Our room was great and the breakfast before departure was generous and delicious. Gabriel who managed the front desk while we were there went out of his way to help us when he saw that we were struggling to speak French.

Very polite and helpful staff! It was really appreciated on a hot day to find two bottles of water in the room's minibar. The hotel has secure parking. Spacious shower. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast! Great location, in the heart of the city!

The room was rather small, it might be an issue if you have more than one suitcase. The parking space is narrow. Fortunately there is plenty of space on the street to manouvre and the hotel staff help you to drive in and out of the parking.
