Breakfast was good. Sunday was nice to have sparkling wine and salmon. This was not available Monday or Tuesday. The selection for breakfast was fresh and nicely presented. Our room was a good size, but we did not spend too much time in it as we were enjoying the christmas markets. The location was just off the main square which was goods, as it was a quiet room.

Breakfast was from 8 til 11, which was perfect because the beds and pillows were so comfy that we enjoyed sleeping late!! The food at the buffet was plentiful ,had both hot and cold options. The staff was incredible, helpful, pleasant and kind. {Jessica was a joy, took good care of all our questions and needs} Easy walk to restaurants, cable car, boats and train. This was my 2nd visit , I would love to return again!!

The location was good. In a quiet area but close to restaurants and an easy walk to the river. Travellers should be aware that any hotel with a river view will be very close to the railway tracks that run at both sides of the Rhine. Trains, mostly freight, run all day and all night. This is one of the few hotels in the town with air conditioning. While we were there it was very hot and air conditioning made such a difference to our stay. The staff were very helpful whenever we needed local information.

Being charged €10 a night to park a car. The breakfast was adequate but never varied. Hot food was not really hot. Also travellers are assigned a table and expected to use that same table every day. A little too much like school!

The staff are absolutely wonderful. From the warm reception, to explaining how the special requests had been handled, to making sure we had everything we needed, we wanted for nothing! 3 rooms for our 7people. We had a FABULOUS shower in the 3 person room. Large bathroom, comfortable beds. Easy on and out for our first night with jet lag!

We had zero complaints!

The location was close to everything but far enough away to get a wonderful quiet night's sleep.

Please ignore the Google quote that there is free breakfast. There is NO breakfast included, regardless of what Google says. No fridge in the room.

Room we booked was super nice!

When booking, the hotel stated they had onsite parking, when we arrived we had to ask staff about parking as there didn’t look like there was any. They stated we could park next to the entrance door in a weird garage type parking (for 2 cars only) and we had to pay €10 a day. Think that should be stated on website when booking.

The hotel was just a short walk from the train station about 10 minutes approx. The hotel staff were welcoming. Our room was clean & comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel had plenty restaurants/ cafes & bars close by. Plenty walks available.

Good location close to main attractions, friendly caring staff, filling breakfast, large room, air conditioned, quiet.

Limited parking available and cumbersome, parking available off property, few minutes walk. Automatic light in the hallway towards the bathroom was annoying. Although very clean the toilet had a foul smell from time to time. .

Excellent location, very clean, very good breakfasts!

Limited parking. I miss read the room offer and booked a non-air conditioned room: big mistake. Room faced west and it was hot even in mid June 2023. Room had a fan. No frig either. They sell them for less than 100 Euros here in Germany. Luckily we brought our small 12v / 220 v plug-in ice maker to keep the drinks cold.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was clean with nice view and hotel was located near river and many places to eat. Very nice place to stay.

A bit tricky to get to the room with many stairways and one of the mattresses was pretty hard.
