We loved the place. Great value and very good service. We highly recommend it.

Maybe if you stay longer that 4 days you can get bored of the food.

We had an upgrade thanks to the Genius programme, the room was excellent and very spacious. We were all comfortable and the sea view was amazing. It's a good floor (14) as it's for the Fiesta Rewards members. Very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Too busy at times so the lifts take a lot longer to arrive. The pool is always very busy due to the number of people staying. Best to go during the week. Other people from other floors come to help themselves to coffee which isn't meant for them.

In the heart of olde Acapulco - a fantastically authentically located and serviced restaurant/hotel. In its authenticity - staff are Mexican and local - so patience is needed and wholly appreciated by the staff. Food is great - All Inclusive is recommended! English speaking ,Julian, is the General Manager and Socrates is Front of House/Reception Manager - call on these for any needs. A lovely family/friends focused hotel - servicing hundreds and hundreds of happy guests!

Its located front beach staff was friendly and attentive right when we arrived and left the place

Only issue was that rooms smelled humid. I think they have reasonable prices in a great location

There was no mini fridge in the rooms to keep the water cold. No heavy blanket on the beds ... the sheet was not enough to be comfortable

Loved the Beach and how clean it was. Also loved the pool, where I spent a lot of time. Also the service was excellent, they were always aware of my needs.

There really wasn’t much I didn’t like. The only thing I didn’t like was the odor of the room. Other than that everything was great. Can’t complain.

I ended up staying a total of 13 nights in this wonderful beachfront hotel. It's big (18 floors) and it's busy,especially weekends. But the staff managed everything very well.There were always 3-4 persons at the front desk ,so minimal waits. Three fast elevators. Nothing shabby about this place.Everything works. Staff members were continually cleaning floors,elevators,hallways.Very good security. Room cleaning was impeccable Every day. Very comfortable bed with luxurious sheets, white comforter and pillows. Modern bathroom.Aircon worked well.Everyone room faces the water. Good wifi.

This is not a hotel for romantic couples or seniors, but it's a great hotel for families. Screaming kids.Tons of them.Running around . On weekends there is not one free square yard of space in the pool.Standing room only -in the pool.No way can anyone swim in the pool,nor would it be hygienic to do so(kids will be kids). There are only about 30 chairs on the beach,so no place to sit after 10 a.m. I did not eat in the restaurant but there are "100% Natural"restaurants a short walk from the hotel.

lobby very busy in the weekends - lifts are busy and slow pools very crowded Tqxi drivers outside are expensive twice as much as the hotel doorman would be charged!

The place is nice and clean, beach access and a decent pool. More familiar style hotel, good for kids.

Parking is not included, it’s around 6 USD per day and not in hotel facilities.

There was some English spoken. We had a little g days ride to get there and it was nice not to struggle with my bad Spanish to check in Parking was inside parade for the bikes was great not worrying about them.

Price was more than advertised on booking. Not sure why.
