I was pleasantly surprised at this place. I wonder why the reviews are not better than they are? Can't really knock it for the price and the fact breakfast included. I think this hotel was a great stay and also close to an amazing Allepey Beach which has amazing waters. Staff were helpful and very flexible with keeping luggage/later checkout etc which I thought was very helpful as Ive stayed at many places which are the complete opposite.

The Staff is courteous . I reach post midnight but still the staff was courteous in attending and ensuring that the stay was comfortable .

Breakfast spread could be better . Parking space is a bit cramped . Nevertheless , no complaints . The stay was very comfortable and staff is polite and courteous . Definitely recommended .

The hotel is situated in Central part of Alleppey. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Property is maintained very well. The property at the price point that i booked was worth the money. Food wise the options are limited, there are no hotel facilities in the property, however you can order using Zomato and Swiggy and the options are pretty good. There are good hotels nearby for eating if someone wants to go out to eat. The one thing that can be improved is the buffet breakfast. The options are few and not that great taste wise. Overall a good stay worth the money except the breakfast

This is my 2nd time booking on treebo.. and everything is good with the booking except for the payment process... I booked via booking.com and an amount was deducted from my credit card... While at the property they said the payment wasn't credited and i paid the amount at the property again ... My dates of stay were 21st n 22nd of Nov 2022, and still the amount hasn't been credited bk into my account... Kindly do the needful...

The place is a great value for the money. Though the location is not scenic but it is conveniently located near the market. The staff is friendly and helpful and is ideal for a stopover between journeys

Bedroom and bathrooms were tidy and clean, and spacious. Also located close to train station, and to Punnamada Lake, Alleppey backwaters.

Everything. Excellent rooms & ambience. Rooms are very clean. This is the second time I am visiting the treebo hotels. Breakfast is also very good.

power sockets need to be repaired... phone charger are unable to hold in position. we removed TV plug and connected our phone chargers.
