Good location. Clean and comfortable

I don’t like the contactless aspect. If I didn’t have a Spanish SIM card and data on my phone I would have never gotten in the building. I was sent the access code of the building and room via messages. There was no recourse should something have gone wrong.

This was my 2nd time at this place, and I recomend to all of you. Very easy access, If you have any question just call the person in charge and they will help you. One block from the inter-city bus station, good restaurants all around, supermarket, public transportation, and Burgos is very beautifull.

Nothing to add on the negative side.

Very convenient location, 2 mins from the bus station, and 5 mins from the cathedral.The room was clean, the bed comfortable - all you for a short stay there.

There's no front desk or reception there. They didn't answer my message via Booking. No hair-drier either.

Perfect location. In the heart of the old town. Very easy online check in and access to the room.

Internet was off time to time and it was uncomfortable, especially, when I was working.

Great location! Modernized room and very clean.

There is no temperature control so we had to open the window wide to let out the heat from radiator. Bathroom is very small and sliding door provides little privacy if sharing room with another person.

since there is no human contact, the instructions should say CLEARLY that the code given will open all three doors ( building front door at street level, hotel door at second level and your room door). it’s confusing as is and I am sure the owner gets a lot of calls because people either couldn’t get in the building, the hotel or the room!

location - walking distance to old town room newly renowated late check in possible, automated, help with late check in

reservation process - issue with card acceptance, although finally direct contact with hotel solved problem

Very convenient to bus station--just a block away. Comfortable. Nice hot shower.

It would help if there was a sign on the ground floor (near the building entry) making it clear that the guestrooms are on the floor above the ground floor.

It was very clean and very good location, super central. easy to access with codes on all the doors. Very comfortable

Had a little issue with the hot water but reported it and it was all resolved. You can easily hear everything from the other rooms next to you.
