It was well located, and the neirborhood was very nice.

At the begining, as I arrived late, the glass front entrance seamed not very reliable to me, but during the day I realized the souroundings were safe. And the living room was a little simple with only one sofa... not othere chair there.

Bed in right bedroom was really uncomfortable. Could hear springs when getting up. Other bed, hard as a rock. The furniture, though cool looking, was not very practical as the bar stools were hard to get onto and adjust and the “sofa”?, as others have remarked, was not welcoming or at all comfortable. Absolutely nothing provided to be made to feel welcome as most Air B&b’s do, especially considering the price per night! Exactly 5 coffee pods (for 3 people), not even powdered creamer or sugar packets, or a tea bag.

The location is fantastic, nestled in a secure residential neighborhood. The apartment is immaculate and tastefully furnished, boasting excellent amenities like ample storage space and a convenient washing machine. With numerous dining options just a short stroll away, and a host who is incredibly attentive, our stay was enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin, and we were often awakened by the energetic sounds of a small child next door as early as 6am each morning. It’s disappointing that they haven’t utilised the outdoor space, as this would greatly enhance the apartment.

Very clean accommodation. Well stocked with utensils etc in kitchen. Exceptionally clean. Washer & dryer in unit. Convenient one level entry. No dragging luggage up steps. Neighbor is quaint & quiet. Great location to downtown & Beach. Appreciated quick responses from management when contacted. Alex even sent list of great local places to eat. Would stay here sgain.

Excellent location, close to the beach and several restaurants. Cleanliness. Host was very responsive and offered things to do nearby. A/c worked great. Full kitchen. W/D. Modern/Updated. TV also in bedroom.

Thin walls, can hear neighbors (but this should be expected for shared walls). Very thin blanket (would recommend a duvet or comforter). Small futon as couch, perhaps add foot stools for comfort.

As soon as I arrived, the host contacted me asking if everything was ok, which was very nice. Contact with the host was immediate and very good throughout my stay of 16 days. The apartment was very clean and very nicely decorated, kitchen equipment new and clean, washing machine with dryer in the room also very clean and encouraging to use. Internet works very well. Everything you need is in the apartment. The area around the apartment is very nice with tropical vegetation, very safe, encouraging for walks and active recreation. In general, the service, accommodation was at the highest level - many hotels with 4 and 5 stars could learn from the host from customer service, such a detail as, for example, switching the air conditioning to celsius degrees (I'm from Europe :-)) shows concern for comfort and satisfaction customer.

Things We Liked About Our Airbnb Stay: The space was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The comfortable bed and quality linens for a good night’s sleep. Great location—close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Easy check-in/check-out process with clear instructions. The quiet and peaceful environment was perfect for relaxing.

Love the location. Nice and quiet. The apartment was very clean. Had everything the guests needed. Love the kitchen ,washer and dryer 😋. The host was understanding because we couldn't get in our cell phone to get the code for the apartment, and he assured we received it.Thank ypu

My problem was the bed. It was to low for me and my husband but we made the best of it.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here. The location is perfect for us as it’s near our family. We feel very safe in the neighborhood. The condo is always extremely clean and Alex checks once we get here to make sure everything is satisfactory. The best recommendation I can make is to say that we’ve already reserved it for next year!

The place was very clean, comfortable, and accessible. The amenities are great! It was super convenient having washer and dryer available in unit.

You can hear the neighbors if they are being loud. It wasn’t too disruptive, but the one guy next door was a loud talker at early hours and he kept waking us up.
