Staff where amazing, nothing to much trouble for them. We had dinner there that night and the food was awesome. The staff and the food are what makes this place great.

Very good position for out trip back up from Bordeaux.

Disappointing as we were not able to sample the Indian buffet!

The pillows, very soft and uncomfortable. The cold in the bathroom.

Hotel was nice, simple but clean and pleasant; quadruple room was very good for my family of 4; very good value for money

Location is a bit off, but compensated by nice facilities and overall offer; shower not in ideal condition, flow of water very small

, easy stop near the highway on our way back home, and the surprise was the hotel has a restaurant, that they took to our room due to COVID, excellent pizza and indian food at a good price.

Staff pleasant, food good, breakfast was what you expect nice continental breakfast, nice choice, slept well, only there 1 night

We were at back of hotel, would imagine a bit noisy at front, carpets on stairs need replacing and hotel needed some TLC

The bed was comfortable and we slept well. I requested we had adjacent rooms on ground floor and this was done. rooms were spacious and quiet

We arrived after 4pm having driven for a considerable amount of time only to find the hotel closed and we were unable to access our room. We had to visit a local cafe so we could use the toilets and have a coffee. We returned an hour later to find the reception still closed so had to ring a number to find out what was going on. Someone then arrived 15 minutes later. The rooms were a little dirty and could do with a deep clean.
