Everything, it was clean, great room with great ac and a wonderful shower I love the shower door over a curtain like normal in hotels. It was really quiet I didn't hear any of my neighbors either night I was there I felt like I was alone on the whole floor despite the receptionist telling me I had taken the last room on that floor. Staff were very friendly. Convenient location to everything. Sausage gravy was amazing.

The eggs were a little bland, but the sausage gravy that I've never seen at any hotel was amazing and a nice treat.

The staff was friendly and very helpful! I was in town for a doctor appt and the doctors office called and changed my appt time and the staff was very accommodating and gave me a later check out time which helped so much and I am so very grateful! The room was very clean and comfortable and I loved the dark washcloth for makeup. I'm always worried that I'll stain the white wash cloths. I also love the 24 hr coffee availability. The breakfast was very good also!

Was told this time i couldn't get a receipt at checkout. Just 2 weeks prior, i was able to get the receipt. Same person, same booking through booking.com. the man really didnt seem to care i needed the receipt.

Very clean, staff was so nice and accommodating. Location was close to multiple baseball fields (about 20 min from everything). Nice common area to eat take out, nice pool area, good complimentary breakfast and coffee all day/night.

everything from check in to check out was amazing! the room, the amenities, and the delicious breakfast on our way out the door was perfect!! The next time in the area we will stay here!!! Perfection!!

There was one of the local universities having homecoming, the price of room was pretty much doubled in price as to what it normally is. There is no reason to do that. Other than that everything else was good.

The breakfast buffet was awesome. The room was comfortable and clean. Was great for the time we spent there between family meetings.

We booked a handicap accessible room but it was for hearing impaired. They changed us to an ADA room without any additional charge and Tristan who is the GM was very upbeat and extremely helpful.

We were in Kernersville for one night for a family birthday. This hotel is new, clean, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with ample towels and hot water.

Everything was great except the pool. The breakfast was delish and the beds were very comfortable. The facility was very clean.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the pool was ice cold and we couldn’t swim.
