Our room was excellent, big room with loads of room and a gorgeous big balcony to sunbathe on, food was great pity of choice. Gorgeous location looking over the golf course. Definitely recommend hiring a scooter (hoppy) outside the hotel to get you down to the front as its a 15/20 min walk. We booked limonella and Bianco for dinner two of the nights and would strongly recommend to anyone going to try them out too. Hotel staff were great, drinks choice great.

Room could have been a little cleaner, small detailed areas missed.

The room was absolutely gorgeous with a kitchen although we didn't use it as we had a full board room and also a jacuzzi on the roof. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends👍🏼

The location of the hotel is not very convenient if you plan to go to the beach, a little far - 25-30 minutes one way. The coffee in the dining room was terrible🤦🏻‍♀️

Rooms were great, pools were great, shuttle to water park and beach was very handy. Had a great experience.

Small point: Over charged to rent beach towels. Paid for two days but was told the next day that we only paid for one and had to pay again.

Beds very comfy, water pressure in the shower absolutely excellent, plenty of space for clothes and other items, rooms spacious, staff very friendly and helpful

The location is a bit far from everything, but to be fair, that could be viewed as a plus because the buzz from the tourists and everything is not there, so the stay will be nice and quiet

No shampoo or shower gel , first night found some food wrapping under the sofa. Kitchen should be equipped with washing up liquid and sponge. Dust under the beds.

I liked the hotel facilities. The pool was heated even though it wasn't too hot outside. The food was excellent as was the service from the staff.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been (shower).

Food was great for my daughter she has special needs and the was good for her.

One thing that really hurt me was having to pay extra for my child who is 14 years old as an adult this wasn’t told to me when booking and I had to pay extra £175 when I had already paid. This wasn’t fair.

We liked everything. Special thanks for the awesome pool and outstanding breakfast & dinner! Everything was clean, everyone was polite. The surface of the apartment + 2-story terrace impressed us! The overall vibe was very pleasant.

The hotel is not exactly NEAR the beach, but it's not a tiring walk. We were not properly informed that during the dinner (which was included in the price) the drinks are not free. Ended up having a small unplanned spending.

Staff were friendly and helpful even after other customers had been rude to them. Hotel was quiet at nights and sleeping was easy

Some days walking to the main areas was tiring (40 mins to the beach we liked) but that's because we were tired not the fault of the hotel. We specifically chose a hotel in a calmer location. Sometimes our shower/wet room floor was flooded after having a shower but we managed this by creating a towel barrier.
