No pets. Lady at check in was really pleasant and helpful. Room and bed were quite comfortable and clean. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would have earned the room a 5 rating.

No exhaust fan. No coffee at breakfast area. The woman was trying, but the man at the front desk was useless in giving her some help. He could see that the coffee dispensers were empty, but he just stood behind his counter (with no customers) with his elbows on the counter. Dude, where’s your customer service?!?!! You can run out of most things but not coffee!!

I like the location the room was beautiful the people that work there was beautiful my grandchildren really in love with the pool they have already asked me when can we go back, 💖 I also enjoyed the location you can walk to a lot of restaurants highway 75 was beautiful our window looked out over to see the interstate and it was just nice the sunset was beautiful we really enjoyed we'll be going back

The moment you walk into the lobby , you know your stay is going to be fantastic . They greet you right away,even if they are with someone. The lobby is elegant , and they have fresh lemon water for you .Nice touch. It smelled clean, was bright and airy .There was a patio that overlooked a small pond . exiting the elevator you walk into a well maintained and elegant hallway .The room was fantastic. Beds were perfect , water pressure was great ! The room was bright ,clean and spacious. The price per night was excellent !!

The breakfast area was in a tight corner , and had limited selections. If they could somehow re-vamp this area there hotel would be perfect.

Clean and spacious room. Close to a few restaurants in walking distance. I love the view on the freeway.

Bathtub needs replacement or fixed as the bottom is worn. Lot of noise from the freeway (but I always carry earplugs so I had a good sleep). Walls are a bit thin so you can hear neighbours, but that could only be annoying when you try to sleep (hi earplugs!). I would replace the soap bar at the sink for a dispenser, like it does have in the shower.

that booling .com did not request an early check in has was told. I knew they could not that the hotel would if they could. but booking .com did not even request it. when we arrived clerk said that there was no request on computer, but was a request for a handicap room. no one in our party was handicap

I loved the property everything was very clean and fresh. The breakfast crew Ms. Angela and the other young lady I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but both were so polite and kind. They made sure we were comfortable and satisfied and the front desk staff was amazing I really appreciate the very pleasant stay will definitely be returning.

Only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t stay longer.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The customer service was top tier. The hotel was very clean, and the pool temperature was just right. I didn't know that the hotel had happy hour until we checked in. Free wine and select beer on tap along with light refreshments Monday-Thursday! That's a plus!

Clean and modern

We booked in advance and specifically asked for extra pillows. What we found were Square shaped throw pillow sized pillows on the bed. That wasn't the standard pillows usually found on beds. My husband had to go down to the front desk and get what was needed.

The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and had no problem sighing into the internet. Check in was easy! The pond behind the hotel was really nice with little turtles in it.

The hotel is nice but not worth what they are charging. The room was clean, but we did find a big empty liquor bottle in the pull-out couch. Some of the hotel was under renovation but we didn't hear any construction noise. We heard people talking very loudly the first night and a little on the second night. I would stay here again if the price was lower.

The customer service was great, the happy hour will bring more customers that was nice just more variety of snacks. We ate breakfast on the back patio. The rooms were clean, but most of all your housekeeping staff was phenomenal. The rooms were cleanandn coz, but the beds were veneers firm. I need a softer mattres, but overal, you'll deserve a 10. Thank you .
