The location was impressive, overlooking Mullion Cove. The accommodation was very comfortable. The meals were excellent. But it was the staff who made our stay particularly memorable. Everyone was pleasant and cheerful We will be returning.

The view!!! A incredible spot. The spa is absolutely fantastic, with indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor hot tub, saunas and Himalayan salt rooms all with a great view of Mullion Cove. The breakfast has amazing hot options to order and was absolutely delicious! Lots of free parking

There was a significant dip in our mattress, but they upgraded us to an incredible room when we mentioned. They were not able to do housekeeping due to a guest sickness but this wasn’t communicated to us until we enquired specifically on our last day. Have to drive to other restaurants, but there are some good ones! The average age of guests appeared to be around 70 and as a young couple on honeymoon found dinner rather quiet and uncomfortable - some music would definitely add a bit of atmosphere

The hotel itself is an absolute gem, the decore the furnishings all of very high quality and manage to keep to a theme throughout that the original style of the arcitecture blends with in a quite delightful fashion. The staff are quite as delightful as the setting and are prepared at all levels to go well above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. In my case there was a slight problem with access to the bathroom as I am a wheelchair user and there was a slight mis-understanding about how the size of wheelchairs is described, (this is not as obvious as it may seem from a non-user perspective) They removed the door so I could get in.

there is absolutely nothing about this place that isn't delightfull, also with respect to the beach, i am a wheelchair user and beaches are basically kryptonite to me.

All staff, from reception, dining, to the spa and cleaning, were so welcoming, friendly, and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate. The views were incredible and our room was so comfortable, pretty, clean with fantastic facilities available. We had a meal in the restaurant was which absolutely delicious, with great service. We experienced the spa and treatments which again, absolutely lovely. Relaxing, peaceful with professional and friendly staff. We would highly recommend and we hope to visit again one day.

I liked everything, but if I were to be really really picky, an indoor pool for swimming would bring it to perfection. For me personally!

The hotel was in a lovely location right on the cliffs over the sea .we had a part view it was amazing . The hotel was a little tied but really nice . The staff were really nice friendly and looked after you . The rooms were large and really nicely decorated. The bathrooms were really nice with large walk in showers . The breakfast were really good so much to choose from . We're came Dec it was a little cold but it was a great time . I must say the cleaners do a great job on such a big hotel . The spa was good the staff were really friendly and the treatment s were very good . We really enjoyed the spa it's nice to chill and unwind . And watch the sea and relax . We would come again .

We didn't like meals on menu but that's just us . As we are not very fishy people . Plus avocado we do not like . The continental breakfast would be nice to have a bit more like meats cheese yogurt with flavor. The toaster did not work very well . But that is all

Very comfortable accommodation and lovely room. Spa was nice but a little bit busy. Staff were great and made my wife’s birthday special

Lots of small things, mainly to do with the dinner and breakfast. Eg. Asked if we wanted water on the table and then had to ask for it during the meal, no spoons for the soup (had to get up and ask for them twice), ordered Tofu starter but later on told it wasn’t available. Breakfast, asked for a window table but told it was reserved for people staying longer than us (1 night) despite there being no one there, breakfast menu was blank (no menu so we had to grab one from another table). Loved the place and feel bad about criticism but for the price, these small things let it down

The whole staff from those in the Breakfast/restaurant, bar, reception and spa were all excellent, friendly and helpful. Credit to the hotel. We had an excellent stay, with outstanding scenery and service.

Just a comment. You have the spa but after calling numerous times across threes days eventually the phone was answered. But by the time we got through there were no spa treatment slots. But this was ok as we did enjoy the rest of the spa facilities. It might be worth thinking about whether you could book spa treatments online rather having to wait for the phone to be answered. I also understand that you were short of spa employees to provide more treatment slots, which I know can't be helped.

Beautiful location and very close to southwest coastal path. Rooms very large, comfortable and clean. It has many facilities but due to an outbreak of Nora virus we didn’t use the restaurant/bar or swimming pool and kept to our room. Staff were exceptional, especially the young woman on reception who went above and beyond. She phoned us the day before to warn us about the outbreak and offer change of hotel. Unfortunately we couldn’t do that as we were walking the coastal path.

No complaints

Friendly staff (even if they were inexperienced!). Well decorated on the whole (a little tired in places). Fab location. Dining / food was good. Relaxed atmosphere. Accept dogs and even have a doggy goody bag and a doggy handbook identifying local dog walks - thank you.

Paid for a double room with a side sea view which we had but the room was small (probably because we had the dog). This was really disappointing considering the cost of the room for two nights.

All the staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. Location was very good for walks and other excursions by car. The view from the hotel was amazing. The breakfast variety was very good. We enjoyed the hotel and location so much that we booked a further 3 nights..

Nothing other than we thought the carpets in our room were a little dull but this would not stop us from returning back.
