The room was nice and spacious and clean and the air-conditioning worked amazingly. There was a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. There was also a hairdryer in the room for use if needed. There is many cheap delicious restaurants a 2-5 minute walk down the street. There was a pool with roughly 5 sun chairs which was very nice.

The shower was Luke warm at best, we still got goosebumps from the shower. They didn't provide soap and the cleaners didn't have any when we asked. Apparently you can go to reception and ask for some but it was always closed you needed to go to the hotel next door as I think they are managed by the same team but that was always too much hassle as it was hard to communicate with them. We were right opposite the pool but it was very loud as these two old men were out there all day with very loud music playing.

The rooms were very big and comfortable. The whole place was very clean. There is one swimming pool at Mui Ne Hills Budget hotel however this one is always covered with shade due to the hotel blocking the sun. There are 2 more pools further up a hill at Mui Ne Backpackers Bliss Hotel.

We were told that the swimming pool at Mui Ne Hills Bliss hotel was part of the budget hotel also, however we were charged 100k each to use a sunbed here which was a bit annoying as none of the other guests appeared to be charged. This was never mentioned when the receptionist told us about the additional pools.

Very clean - we actually got there and was put in a room in the Bliss Hotel. I believe the mad monkey, bliss and this hotel are all joined. The pool was clean, it was very quiet. Fridge in the room with reasonably priced drinks and ice cold Room was cleaned daily Very spacious room

Debit by credit card , no possibility to pay by cash :( my bank , like many european banks, charges me a lot (transaction fees + bad change rate) Next time I will come directly to the reception without booking in advance . You would have more guest if you accept cash too

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the breakfast choice was good.

In case there's no one at the reception, you need to head up to the reception of the Mui Ne HillsBliss Hotel as they are part of the same entity. However, they should at least have a sign to make this clear, as we spent a while looking around for somewhere to check in.

Absolutely beautiful hotel,, very clean, amazing views,, lovely staff,, massive room, cleaned daily. Amazing value for money.

It's up a steep hill which is fine for me but if you have any issues climbing a hill this could be a problem

Ammagad. The room.... Best I've stayed at for this value. Great bed (not the hard matras you get elsewhere), a-ma-zing bathroom. And a great lookout. Not the very best coffee. But there are great other opportunities nearby. I loved that there was a fan and not just AC.

For English speaking receptionists, the English is not very helpful. I wanted to go to Da nang and all they say was "nha trang", where I obvously was not going.

Goo location, up a slight hill but that’s not a major issue. We stayed in the private rooms and they were lovely with their own pool

Only downside was we had issues with another guest being loud, waking us up early hours of the morning, however this wasn’t the staff’s fault but did slightly impact our stay.

Firstly, I was “upgraded” to the backpackers. this was fine as my room was large, very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was modern and large (the shower and toilet each had a separate large room which is rare in South East Asia). Room had a fridge, the pool and bar area was great, and the staff were very helpful.

No kitchen for guests, and the restaurant kitchen closes at 5pm. The pillows need to be upgraded, they are lumpy and old. I would not recommend the sunrise sand dune tour they offer. The driver is rude, and the sites are covered in rubbish and are underwhelming. i would also note that tourists have not come back to Mui Ne yet after covid. this is no fault of the hotel, but just something to keep in mind if you are coming here to party. I went down to the hotel bar on a Saturday night and i was the only person there!

Large room. Nice view from balcony. Reasonable price. Swimming pool.

Air conditioning appears to have a control lock on. Not adjustable overnight . The next morning was very hot and no cooling. Very steep access via a pathway.
