park was close to local playground, plus had a small one in the grounds. Also, reasonably close to the shopping center, and market grounds (bonus walk amongst the stall holders. the unit was clean and fresh, and beds were comfortable.

sensor light not working under stairs, reported but not fixed, hard to see what was there. when leaving we reported that the TV came on during the day when we weren't there. this happened on several occasions. very strange?!? will look more closely at units, as the stairs were very steep and felt smooth/slippery. we had a two-year-old who had nothing to hold on to when using stairs. up and down on her tummy. The handrail was too high for her, could do with a handrail on both sides. would look for a single-story unit/cabin

was very clean and well presented! great location, close to the town centre!

only a few things! first there was this circle thing on the roof that had a blue glow, kept waking up up during the night, not sure what it was for which made sleeping uncomfortable! also the fridge was set way too cold, we had strawberries, grapes and milk that almost froze over and was unable to eat / drink! so we paid for food that we could no long consume because they’d frozen over, our milk went lumpy / frozen so we couldn’t use and had to pour down the sink! i had an apple in the fridge that did not survive because of the temperature of the fridge.

We had a really spacious studio apartment. It was really classy, even beautiful ceramic handwash bottle on sink, and lovely soft lighting options, and great kitchen. The bed and furniture were very comfy. Felt more like a hotel. The park is laid out really well, and an awesome public community room, with rooftop deck and internal fireplace and lounges. There was an onsite van coffee cart in a cute deck area with fairy lights. There were big windows letting in natural light, and easy scenic walk into town, few minutes away. The staff were really friendly and helpful with tourism ideas and suggestions. Great service. We’d love to come back again for sure.

The big 4 is right near the park and shops. Excellent facilities amenities, too. We Loved the coffees and snacks from the caravan truck.

We were a family of 4 and there was only a 2 seater couch. Not comfortable for the number of days we stayed there, especially after the snow trips back and forth. There is easily space for another one, and it could have definitely fit right beside it.

Stayed in studio cabin overlooking park. Very clean, lots of natural light. Felt and looked very spacious for a studio. Well equiped for casual stay. Complex was very neat and tidy, clean and good facilities. Fantastic location only 400m easy walk into town. Located very near to pleasant easy gorge walk. Staff very responsive and helpful.

Bed was a bit soft for our preference.

Cabins were incredible clean and comfortable for a couple. Great size sofa, bathroom and stocked kitchen (appliances and utensils etc). Easy walk in to town and we had a cabin on the river, so enjoyed views of the trees and water.

No access from the cabins directly on to the walking trail next to the river. You have to go back out through the entrance to the caravan park and walk back around. A gate would be preferable.

We couldn't found any decent freakfast in the morning only found the coffee at near shop and no hot breakfast only sell cake. At your facility there is nocoffee can be found at our two days stay either coffe shop has closed or out off time and only make the coffee for staff not for the residents ( we been tolt by the coffee shop's staff) which make me wonder that who has come first is the staff or the paying customer?

If your facility could not offer to sell coffee for any reason at least to inform the customer clearly that each days the coffee vans time table , because we has been told y the reception,'s staff from the day one that we have check-in said " there is no coffee and going on the street for coffee"

We stayed in a suite cabin, positioned on road frontage (not busy) in the Park. Well equipped and nicely furnished. BBQ outside. Very close to town, Parkland and walks. Good coffee in the little van cafe on site.

The bed was a little firm for us but that's personal taste. The shower does go hot and cold while neighbours use water I think but not a big problem.

We loved the BIG4 Tasman Holiday Park. The family cabin was spacious and had everything we needed to make meals. Location was great, just a short stroll into town and the brewery. We will stay here again.

Wasn't a huge playground for the kids like other Big 4s. There is an inside TV play room, but not a lot outside to keep the kids entertained outside. So take a bike!

The two bedroom riverfront cabin was so lovely. It was private with no one being able to see you from the front veranda. It had an awesome outlook to the river and trees. The cabin itself was well equipped with everything you needed to make meals. The double shower was amazing. Air cond/heater in every room. Will definitely stay again!

It was perfect!
