Conveniently located, well equipped, very comfortable. Only slightly strange thing is that the toilet was separate from both shower rooms, but I think that is due to limited space.

The one room in our bedroom was left open and it was quite difficult to close so for the first day we were quite chilly - figured it out eventually though. for people who don't come from the Netherlands it may be helpful to show visitors how to open and close with the window mechanisms. Did not know where to put the rubbish when we left as we weren't provided the information

The Place is superb, with a great entrance, marvelous rooms. It provides shuttle for good prices. But the thing I liked the most: it’s breakfest. Guys,notice that it honored properly all the fame of the italian cousine, with extraordinary croissants, breads, italian hams and stuff like that. I guess it might have been the best I ever had, and I’ve been to a lot.

Nonetheless, there where two litlle issues that counts on the fact that i didnt give it a 10: 1- I had to wait about 30 minutes, when we reached there, to be attended. 2- And the Wi-Fi wasnt running well in the room.

Rooms really comfortable. Great beds and pillows. Super friendly staff. The restaurant was quite good with a nice range of options for different tastes.

The location is ok. We do recommend though using the hotel shuttle, we were going to center of Milan and rather than taking the shuttle back to the airport we ordered a taxi, and the price was super expensive, as the taxi charges from where it gets booked (hence airport) doubling the cost of the trip to the airport.

Beautiful and clean - window opens in the room (very safe) and allows lovely fresh air flow in! The staff were excellent- so helpful and very professional. The free shuttle service to the airport is excellent.

It is quite secluded, so if you are driving you are fine. If you need to work, it is an excellent quiet and comfortable environment. If you want a secret get away for a romantic night, it’s perfect! 🤩

Upon arrival to LIN airport, we called to ask about the shuttle, and it arrived within about 15 minutes (outside waiting area number 4). The driver managed to get all 3 of us, including a folding wheelchair, folding walker, 5 bags, and another passenger, into his smallish van, and away we went. 10 minutes later, we were at the hotel. Check-in was smooth, and they gave us adjoining rooms so we could open the door (once we went back to the front desk to ask for this) between the rooms to enable my wife to help her mom get around if necessary. We had a late-ish snack in the restaurant, service was cheerful and prompt, and called it a night. Next morning, breakfast was a treat, and a very kind employee heard me reciting the names of the coffee beverages available through the machine, and instead made us a couple from their impressive barista area instead. Grazie mille! My wife and I caught the shuttle back to the airport to fetch our rental car, and we returned for her mom and away we went. Easy-peasy. I wholeheartedly recommend Belstay Milano Linate for anybody traveling to or from the nearby airport (LIN).

My family and I, 4 persons, spent there two nights. Good experience I would say, I enjoyed the rooms and staff was helpful and kind. Shuttle is available for Linate Airport.

The only thing, not that I didn't like, but that was a bit inconvenient, was the position of the hotel in relation to other facilities around, Magnolia Park for example, or even going downtown. Its pretty remote and taxi is the only way. Walking is out, as traffic around is pretty busy.

The staff was friendly and efficient. It was very easy to make arrangements for the free shuttle to the airport. The grounds are well-maintained. The room was beautiful and clean. The bathroom was nice just the right size and there was plenty of room in the shower.

There isn't much around the hotel but that isn't a big deal. I was only there for a short stay. Fortunately, they had a very nice restaurant. The food was excellent!

The facilities were new and comfortable. The staff was nice and the breakfast was basic, but good. The airport shuttle worked well when you just checked the timetable beforehand. The hours available (also the free/chargable hours) were clearly stated in my opinion. Taking the metro line 4 from city centre and then the hotel bus, it didn't take too long to get to the hotel. There was a lake with swimming possibility and a nice restaurant within a walking distance, which was nice.

The wifi didn't work properly in our room, maybe because our room was at the other end of the hotel, but still annoying since this was advertised. Take into consideration that you cannot reach the hotel with bus or by walking (unless you want to walk over 30 minutes from the airport at the side of a big road), but if you just check the shuttle bus schedule beforehand/take a taxi then this will be no problem. Also all of the towels weren't changed and we had dirty towels in our room.

Strategically located from Linate airport (a mere 10 minute ride), ideal if you have to catch an early flight. Nice surroundings (not airport like at all) with a lot of green. Nice and welcoming staff. CO Bigelow bathroom amenities were surprising!

The hotel is nice, clean and comfy. We had a nice arrival and the staff was very welcoming. We had an upgrade on the room and got a king size bed so we were really happy about that.

If you have an early flight like us, it's probably worth it to pay a bit more and choose an hotel closer to the airport cause the only way to get there (there is not shuttle at that time) is with a taxi and the 5 minutes ride cost us 35 euros... The breakfast also doesn't start very early like in most airport hotels for the people having early flights.
