The hotel is next to a transit stop, which has a tram running to both Hauptbahnhof and Neustadt train station. The location is 24/7 accessible. Next to it is a discounter for necessities and the rooms are well designed and all the necessary features are there. The bathroom has all the necessary fluids like soap and there are enough towels for each guest. They are changed on a daily basis.

The key plus card for power combination is kinda weird, but usable. The key dangling on the card is not really a deal-breaker, but it is unusual. With the convenience of having a tram next to the hotel, it is also noisy on the street side of the hotel, especially with traffic of cars and tram running on it and the people walking on the street.

The breakfasts were great - continental and a good helping of omlette. Everyone was very helpful. The radiator in the room was great. The hotel wasn't far from the city as there was a regular tram which I took. The shower / wash facillities were excellent.

A bigger douvet would've been better. There isn't much not to like really.

The suite was a good size, comfortable and clean, quiet room even though overlooking main street, location is great, 1min from tram stop that goes to altstadt and 1min walk to supermarket. Bathroom had a big shelf space for makeup/toiletries, a good thing personally 😊

Would be nice if they also added coffee bags/sachets & little milk sachets in the room, they only had tea bags but they did have water which was nice 😊

I stayed here over New Year's with friends and we had a great stay. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but everything is very easy to reach with public transport. I highly recommend this place! It's great value for money.

Nice hotel with decent, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I enjoyed the stay.

Though the hotel is very good reachable by public transport (24h tram as well as s-bahn) it is quite far from the center or the Neustadt area. Only minor thing is that the front is located on a very busy street with the noisy tram passing all night.

There is no air conditioning, if you sleep with the window open, it is very noisy, because there is a road nearby
