Great stay in city center of Dresden, we where amazed by the city. Hotel is clean, great rooms and a good morning buffet-style breakfest as you cam expect in Germany.

Parking prices in Dresden are high, parking for a day at the hotel costs €24,-. Also you need to pay extra to use the pool.

The hotel was located right on the water with a beautiful view. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was lovely, clean, quiet and the beds were firm but very comfortable. We loved the indoor swimming pool and appreciate the snuggly robes and slippers. The central location of the hotel was perfect - the tram stop was a minute away by foot. Many restaurants, cafes and shops were within walking distance and the museums were right across the bridge ( 15 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride). We highly recommend this hotel!

“+” Beautiful building, lavishly furnished, in a great location opposite the Zwinger Palace. I was lucky and received an upgrade to a junior suite. The room was very spacious and comfortable, very well equipped, spotless clean, with a direct view on the river and the Palace. The bathroom was also very spacious. Nice swimming-pool. Excellent breakfast. Underground parking has limited capacity, but more parking is available on the hotel ground outside. Very convenient for business gatherings and tourist stopover.

Booked a Bellevue room with a view on the river Elbe and the old city. The rooms are spacious and well equiped. The location is excellent, about 15 minutes walk to the city centre and 20 minutes walk to Dresden Neustadt passage (art and restaurant area). Very good breakfast.

The temperature in the room was too hot. Even when you turn the airco to max ventilation and -3 (it doesn't go further), it was still too hot in the room. The reception said that it's a central system and cannot be turned colder.

A great location just across the Elbe, a short walk to the downtown , much quieter. Lovely little spa, sauna, and swimming pool. Beautiful patio area, gardens, and steps away from the promenade.

The piillows . Feather, very soft and no shape to them. The air con was not very cool, although I realize most places are trying to be environmentally friendly, you can only go 3 degrees below the acceptable preset temp. The wifi could have been stronger, and cut out a lot in the evening, had to keep reconnecting. There are no streaming or casting services, so bring an HDMI cord if you want to watch your shows

The lobby was beautiful and impressive when entering the hotel. The room was a good size. The room was very quiet. The room was very clean. The view from the room was very good. A view of the old town skyline. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The location was very good, an easy walk to the old town. Also, very close to the newer part of Dresden with very good shopping and lots of restaurants. The tram was in front of the hotel and a short ride to the main train station.

The bed was two beds pushed together without a topper to make it feel more like one mattress. This is not convenient for married couples, especially honeymooners.

Cleaning lady came little too early at 8.45 AM, and then again at around 10 AM while we were still on breakfast, do not disturb door sign was nowhere to be found in the room No hygiene kit available in the room Spa and pool fee could have been included in the price for faster check out

Big very comfortable room. View of river and city. Excellent breakfast. Good pool. Apples and sweets in foyer. Location: easy, pleasant walk over bridge to city with all sights walkable. New town across road is an alternative experience too. If arriving by train, Dresden Neustadt station is a better bet for reaching this hotel on foot (8 mins walk)

Our room was very near the lift to the pool, so ideal for us, but this is a huge hotel so it could be quite a distance for some guests. Note this is a dog friendly hotel so expect canine guests.

The location is perfect, with a large garden in the back that leads directly to the river — ideal if you're traveling with a dog, as we were. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room and discovered that our dog had its own luxurious bed waiting! Of course we anouncend that we will travel with our dog. Breakfast was excellent as well, and the staff were always nearby, friendly, and very helpful.

Great location, clean room, good facilities. Understanding personal, we went to check the pool location and didnt know it is additional charge, after telling the receptionist it was misunderstanding they canceled the extra charge

The personal should give info about the hotel at check-in, about the facilities at the hotel and their cost. When we checked-in we only got our room key and that's it, no explanation where is the pool, gym etc.. no explanation about their price (which we thought was included in the price of the room)
