Great location, clean, comfy beds, family room, welcoming staff,

A $100 was charged to my card as a security deposit.i was told it would be a hold but my bank statement says it was an actual charge. Fingers crossed it will be refunded. Also the airport shuttle from the airport was not so easy to figure out. Maybe an email explaining where to wait would be good.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now, due to connecting flights at MIA. IT's a very clean, convinient hotel with friendly staff, and the little restaurant next door serves good food. What else it there to ask for? I will continue to book with them.

I arrived late and there was no option for dinner. Maybe have a few menus for international travellers to order a late meal. Also, a Whats App number would be really useful for communicating with the front desk and arranging the shuttle (This is for international travellers who do not have a US SIM). I found it really hard to make a phone call to the hotel, especially since the info desk at the airport seems never to be manned.

This is a very nice hotel - very clean, well laid out, and full of useful amenities including onsite (and complimentary) laundry facilities, a gym, a pool, and a little store where you can buy food. The wifi worked great. There is a restaurant next door that is very good as well. The room was beautiful and comfortable with a reclining chair and kitchenette. This is an excellent place to stay especially if you’re staying several nights so you can take advantage of the amenities.

The only thing that was inconvenient was the airport shuttle - it’s complementary as well but you have to call the hotel to arrange pickup - you can’t use what’s app or email. This is tricky for people without a US phone plan or SIM card. The service does not run 24/7 so it may be inaccessible for those with early morning flights such as myself. For US citizens this wouldn’t be a big deal.

As a repeat guest, it was lovely to be acknowledged and welcomed back. Claudia and the rest of staff are always so accommodating. Already booked a night for my return trip. The room is spotless with nice dove amenities. And the bed is very comfy, great for a good night's rest before flying.

The restaurant next door looked great but it closes at 10pm, last orders are at 9.30. Perhaps for late checkins an exception could be made so guests are able to get a meal. Also for International guests with no US SIM, it's impossible to call on a landline to get the airport shuttle. Pls consider having what's app at front desk. The information desk at MIA has always been unmanned so can't get help there either.

The location is convenient when flying out bc it's near the airport. Some familiar restaurants are within walking distance. There is also complimentary coffee that is good. Love that you need your key card to access the amenities on the property. Ensures safety.

Should consider complimentary breakfast. That would be good. I didn't like that pets are allowed. It gives me the creeps to know that some allow pets to sleep in the beds. People are sensitive and have allergies to pet hair and dander.

after traveling down from vermont we felt so lucky to be staying in such a clean hotel. when you travel with dogs (they were flying out too) the choices are not good. In fact they are bad so we had gratitude for sure. My husband flew out and I had problems as the dogs flights with amerijet were delayed (bad communicators don't use for pets). The staff took a lot of the stress off me by extending my stay and were just thoughtful and kind in general. I have never come to expect this, but since covid people seem to care less, so again gratitude for all of them. The restaurant next door is very good also.

the carts are hard to steer but that could be me?

I stayed at that hotel several years ago and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of renovated rooms this time! Everything looks brand new, of high quality abd very comfortable - nice bed, white spotless sheets and blanket, comfy ( not hard as in many hotels!) pillows, the hotel is designed for extended stay so there's a full kitchen, even with a dishwasher, and a note that cleaning is only available certain days.

Front side of the hotel is facing a highway - if you want a quiet night sleep, ask for the room facing the backyard.

Can't used the elevator without room key. Outdoor grill ... free laundry all day everyday.. free gym ... the comfort of the room is excellent . Will stay there again .. staff are very helpful and mannerly

let the guest no if they gonna have there pets please have them tie and not running round in the pool area other than that my stay was excellent 👍

The rooms were clean and plenty of space. It includes all you would need and had a full kitchen. Regular sized refrigerator, sink, microwave, cabinets with dishes, silverware, free laundry facilities, large bathroom, large desk. Definitely a place I would return to. We only stayed one night for a cruise, but I can definitely see this as a hotel for a great extended stay in Miami. We were on the 5th floor.

The beds were ok. I just wished they were a little more comfortable.

I'm glad to see that they stopped charging for parking. I stayed here before and skipped considering it on previous trips because they started to charge for parking, but this was removed, so we went back. The woman at check-in was very polite and helpful. The dove amenities were a nice touch.

The bathroom looked like it could do with some updating, especially the tiles.
