Very quiet during a quiet time of the year before ramping up for spring break and summer! VERY clean, updated accommodations. Spacious room with two comfortable beds! Reclining chair for relaxing and looking out at the ocean! Extremely friendly staff! Just off the main street and close to the Boardwalk.

I can not complain about anything!! Price was budget friendly! We are self-sufficient, no frills travelers who appreciate not having to pay for facilities and services we would not use and yet provide a clean, updated room that is enjoyable to hang out in! Elevator was a nice plus!

So.so stay I request no adjoining rooms for a good reason. Not once but .3 times we were given an adjpining room took nearly 45 minutes. I don't.understand how they don't know what kind of rooms they have. Glad I sent my husband the 2nd & 3rd time...I am not as kind as he is. I'm sure it had to do with the price we paid through booking.com. rewarded with lower price and given downgraded room. To boot...had a child stomping on my head til 10pm and started again at 4am. So much for peaceful...next time I'll pay $50 more to stay at a better place.

I liked the customer service that I received from the ladies at the front desk. They were very polite, helpful, and kind. They were very understanding about us having to check out 1 day early because I forgot to pack my bag of clothes.

I didn't like that all I saw out the window was unruly bushes and no ocean. Also, the "continental breakfast" wasn't as big as the photos on their website were. It was very limited. The children's toy area and the plants took up a lot of space. Also, the handicapped accessible entrance was blocked and the other entrance was too skinny for my walker. The desk lady helped me by opening the door.

Awesome location. My parents were kind of far away (Warrenton) but I loved the drive back at forth across the bridge—it ended up being a feature, not a bug

The ice machine didn’t work 🥲 and there were aspects that were kind of unclear. I didn’t know how to ask for maid service, ended up calling the manager’s phone number to ask. But she was incredibly prompt and friendly bringing us towels and arranging for our room to be cleaned for our last evening!

The owner was very kind and helpful. My husband is disabled and there was an elevator for the upper floors. The access to the beach and the shops were just a short walk. The room had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. There is a single cup coffee maker in the room and a mini refrigerator. The coffee provided was good. She also has a Keurig machine in the lobby and delicious cookies.

Housekeeping wasn't provided daily during our stay but anything we needed was provided when we requested it. I am not sure if you have to request daily housekeeping if you want it. It wasn't a big deal for us.

The location is the best in town for beach access, literally at the entrance to the beach. The main street with restaurant and shops are at the end of the hotel's entrance. Once parked, you really have no need to drive anywhere. The room was huge, up to date, comfy and clean. Check in was incredibly fast when I showed up on time and the staff was very nice.

The only thing which is minor when staying in a hotel was the sounds coming from the room above, ex// suitcases rolling, foot steps, doors slamming, etc. however, that is really no fault to the hotel itself. It is an older renovated building, so sounds are bound to travel. If you are sensitive, request to be on the upper floor.

It was very clean. Very comfortable bed. Looked recently remodeled. Excellent location near beach and tourist area with shops and restaurants within walking distance

Trash on ground outside my door from overflowing can and although the rest of the furnishings were nice, the chairs at the table were awful. The upholstery was very cracked and gross. The chairs weren’t even good enough to go to a thrift store. They should be tossed. Really cheapened the experience.

The staff were all super friendly, the room was perfectly clean, and the view was AMAZING! And the biggest bonus, it was AFFORDABLE!! Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The only MINOR issue was the shower pressure. The bathroom sink had almost too much pressure, but the shower didn't have much pressure at all. I informed the front desk of this when I was checking out and they were so kind about it. They updated their rooms recently and have had a few hiccups with the pressure in a few rooms. Not a huge deal, but I have no doubt the next time we stay there, it will be perfect across the board!

Overall I liked everything. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. The check-in was quick and easy. You can walk the shops within a half a mile, there is a great ice cream / confection business within a block. The beach is within a half mile walk.

I paid for an ocean view and I saw a partial view of a tree in the middle so I got a little bit on the right and a little bit on the left as far as a view goes, a bit disappointing And I'm not sure if I missed it, but I did not see anywhere where they offered coffee / tea, that would have been nice to have when I left early the next morning.

The room was very clean and up to date. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front desk person to the maintenance person and the person cleaning my room was very nice and respectful.

The only thing that could have been better was the bed. After sleeping on it for two nights my lower back was stiff when first waking up in the morning. The bed was too firm and needed like a topper on it to make it more comfortable or something like that.
