A great experience at this beautiful hotel. A bit of a senior moment when booking, was quickly rectified with a phone call to the very helpful Yas. We were then allowed to stay in the lovely ground floor room(s). Absolutely spotless with dressing room and huge bathroom with a big freestanding bath, a delight!. Very friendly welcome from Regina who helped sort us out with everything. Breakfast had lots of options and it was very relaxing being able to help ourselves. The hotel is very well situated in Christchurch with almost everywhere in walking distance. Bus stops are outside and just round the corner for guests wanting to go further afield, Bournemouth and the New Forest etc. Myself and my wife thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very clean room with a comfortable bed. Really good breakfast included. It is self check in so we didn't have much contact with staff but the lady who kept the breakfast room stocked up and cleared was warm and welcoming.

We were in room 1 which was between the front door and breakfast room so there was a little bit of noise when people came and went and when people sat down to breakfast. May not suit you if you are a light sleeper though it did not bother us. The bathroom was small but we had opted for the small double so this was not of concern. The shower cubicle was very snug so may not suit everybody but again, this was the small double room

Location was great as we were going to a gig in the high street. Clean and tidy and plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Bed was comfy. Shower was good, enough power and heat. Breakfast included was beautifully presented, cereal, yogurt and fruit, juice, toast, croissant, jams, marmite etc. Not a cooked breakfast but enough to set you up for the day.

A mostly modern and decently decorated property but a little tired in certain areas, bedside lamps were a bit wobbly. Plug sockets a little loose. Noise from main road a minor issue for me but husband struggled with the noise.

Clean, comfy, walking distance, along the Common, to the centre of Christchurch. You can check in any time and you get a welcome cookie. There is a spacious (self service) breakfast room. Ironing facilities in the room, and Nespresso machine as well as kettle. Spacious ensuite shower. All clean and nicely appointed.

By not parking neatly, the previous guests had not left room for my vehicle. No cooked breakfast option though I can't really comment as I was going out for a breakfast meeting anyway!

Staff were so friendly, made you feel at home. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was lovely too, bed super comfy and such great value for money.

The floor was marble in the room and whilst it was beautiful it was really cold, nothing a pair of socks couldn't fix though to be fair. Breakfast room is really tiny and it was full when we wanted to eat so the staff were lovely and told us they'd come and get us when a table was free but this was about a half hour wait. I'd recommend maybe asking people to book their slot so perhaps they can manage the space that way to save hungry tums!

Well situated a short walk into town. The room we had was lovely, clean comfortable with a huge bed, bathroom and little dressing area beautifully decorated.

We had a slight issue checking in and contacting the host was tricky however I think it was because we booked very late in the day - the self check in system that they use looked pretty efficient! The issue was dealt with quickly once we spoke to the host and we even received an upgrade which was fabulous!

The house was in a great central location, rooms were small, but perfectly adequate, decorated in white giving a fresh modern feel, everything was very clean and well equipped. especially the en suite. Love the fresh milk available in the fridge on the landing and cold water dispenser. Breakfast was delicious, great variety, all cooked perfectly, served by friendly helpful staff. Will definitely be back in we are back in the area. Highly recommend

Parking on front is on a busy main road, which sometimes makes it differcult to get across from the opposite side of the road. But saying that, once you get used to it, its fine.

It was immaculate and beautiful The decor was fantastic and so clean. And the owner went out of her way to make us comfortable. I would recommend this b&b It was a few minutes walk to the main Christchurch town centre and We were happy to go back early as it was such a lovely place to stay So thank you..

They don’t do cooked breakfasts now but there was lovely fruit fresh coffee and bread and ham we had plenty for breakfast

The property was clean and well maintained. It was situated on a busy road but the noise from the traffic was not as intrusive as we thought it would be. It was lovely and clean and the hallway was very welcoming with little fairy lights and lovely scent diffusers. The town centre was close by and the beach a short drive away.

The room was pretty small which also led to the bathroom being small also. The shower was the smallest I have ever encountered and had we been much larger people, we wouldn’t have been able to squeeze in it!

Really clean comfortable nice decor good quality pillows and bed linen. Little touches like tea coffee biscuits. Very helpful host nice breakfast in the morning lots of choice

Would of liked more central to town centre but was only £5/6 in a taxi. Parking was tricky would help if there were bays as I had to go and kindly ask other guests if they’d mind moving slightly to allow me to park. Could of caused an issue but was fine.
