Loved the pool! the reception staff was very helpful. Loved the room, specious! Location next to the beach which was very nice.

Car park! Small and expensive. Z bed in the room very poor quality and flimsy. Not having enough towels for the sun beds. Not enough sun beds to be honest. Continental breakfast had not much choice. Not enough fresh fruit. Cooked breakfast on other hand was very nice. If you choose Latte it’s extra £4 charge. Kids play area is cute but not much stuff is actually working. No ball, or low battery…

Friendly staff. Lovely pool area. Good food at both restaurants. Close proximity to the beach. Nice room. Great free yoga class on Sunday morning.

Our room was not in the main building but a walk over the car park in what felt like a more temporary accommodation set-up and this wasn’t included in the listing. We were made aware of it a couple of days before when someone from the hotel called to let us know.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Very clean and amazing facilities, indoor and outdoor pool areas are both beautiful and cinema room was great! Great location on beachfront, short walk to pier and town centre. Complimentary measure of rum in the room was nice and was nice to have a nespresso coffee machine also. Very very comfortable beds!

For the price of the room, i would have expected at least the continental breakfast to be included but it was not. Also, i would have thought parking would be free for paying guests but it was not. It was also not made clear when booking that parking was very limited and if you could get a space then it is an additional £27 per night. No other parking info provided which made it hard to figure out where we could leave the car once we arrived as the car park was full.

This hotel is undergoing a huge renovation programme but despite that it was a fabulous place to stay, the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us particularly the doorman who offered an exemplary service and is a credit to the business. The facilities on offer were excellent with a cinema room and a newly renovated gym. The restaurant offers an interesting menu with limited choices but more than satisfactory for our needs,

There was very little to dislike, parking is an issue and will undoubtedly be worse in the height of summer, when all the renovations are completed there is no doubt that this establishment will rival anything that Bournemouth has to offer.

We received a complimentary upgrade from a cosy to a standard room upon arrival which was a lovely touch! The reception smelled AMAZING - was fully transported to Miami! Super friendly and helpful staff. Wellness centre was wonderful and spa was beautiful. Cocktails and dinner was outstanding! Great value I thought as well for the set menu included in the cost of our stay (half board). The room itself was beautifully decorated, really clean, loved that they gave you cocktail making inspo and pineapple cups! Loved the cookies upon arrival also in the room and the coffee machine. Towels, robes, slippers and bath products were all divine! We LOVED The Nici and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I would love to wax lyrical about this exceptional hotel, but would I revisit a hotel that wants to charge £27 to park in its own adjoining car park, the answer is probably not.

Beautifully styled hotel with a fabulous pool, although it did get very busy. Great position near the beach and town with glorious views out to sea.

Lovely hotel.clean and modern.Great vibe. Spa and pool really nice.great place to chill. Food really good at harrys.Breakfast fresh with good choice. Rooms are superb with everything you need . Beds are massive. We've stayed here a few times and never disappointed!! Staff are really good aswell.

Ok I don't appreciate paying an ex tra £27 PER NIGHT!! to park at the hotel I'm staying at. Totally unreasonable. We stayed 2 nights so cost us £54 in just parking. Why????. This cost has gone up aswell. In 2023 it was £15. Leaves a slight feeling of being extorted.

apparently we were upgraded to this garden suite which had a hot tub on the porch. we didn't use it but neighbours did as we've heard it. we didn't get around to do so, bad on us. easy access to the pool although way too busy and people saving their loungers very early in the morning... great outdoor area, with the terrace overlooking the pool and all that. VERY BIG BUMMER as they were closing the outdoor quite early, like 10pm or so due to some license issues and neighbors complaints, very odd for a place like this to be honest.... on one of the evenings, big kudos to Choka and Philips, they were great while we put them through difficult times, they are deffo people to keep!!! We'd love them in our businesses anytime whatsoever!!!!

very long winded to get from the ground floor inside the Old Harry's.... or from the terrace to the pool area.... WHY????? code locks all over the place... also, service very very slow.... way too slow for a place like this. it should've been immediate to get people ordering and ordering. when this slow, people are put off by ordering again... speaking here from experience and from a same industry (hospitality - we've got 4 restaurants running) point of view... speedier service always translate into more sales, no question about it. but, all staff good and courteous and friendly though!
