The Bath Street Inn has been in Santa Barbara for many decades and continues to be a cute and comfortable B&B. It is in a location with good access to all areas of Santa Barbara by car. It is clean and well-kept. The staff were friendly and they made a lovely homestyle breakfast. There was a patio and beautiful yard with white roses - very beautiful! Check in was with a code for the doors, so you didn't formally need to check in. You did need to text your preferred time for breakfast. This was efficient but felt a bit impersonal. The room we stayed in, the Tiffany room, was on the 3rd floor so we did need to carry our suitcases up. While it was a small room, it did have plenty of room for the two of us. We enjoyed sitting in the dining room in the evening, where cookies and tea/coffee/water were available. It was a lovely B & B experience!

The impersonal check-in was balanced with warm and friendly staff during breakfast and the rest of the day.

The breakfast and location were perfect for me. I was in SB for a wedding at the Court House and most of the people stayed at the Marriott. I did not want to stay there and found BSI on Booking. It is walking distance to the Marriott and a much better experience than a hotel! The bed was comfy. The room exquisite with lovely detail, a small fridge, open shower with curtains, the bedding darling and love the curtains. And no key card to keep up with. Push botton locks on doors. Loved!! I will book it again. We live SB and try and get there at least twice a year!!

The Bath Street Inn is a charming victorian tucked into a quiet neighborhood. The home has lovely gardens and was neat and clean. They amenities, including the breakfast, and available wine, coffee, cookies were all plentiful and delicious. The room was very clean and charming. We will definitely check availability for our next visit to Santa Barbara.

The room was small, and with a closet converted to a water closet, the room for hanging clothes was limited. Our door was a little stiff to open as it rubbed on the floor.

The inn is cozy and comfortable, just what you want for this type of stay. Breakfast was excellent and included fruit, granola, yogurt every day plus a "main dish." And, cookies and wine were served every evening. The linens and bed provided for a good night's rest, and the staff was friendly, happy, and always willing to accommodate our needs.

Access to the main house was a bit of a challenge after 7 pm. It is necessary to climb some steps to the front door (our room was on the main level). My husband has some mobility problems, so this wasn't the easiest. Also, more light from the driveway to the stepping stones would be lovely and helpful to "aging" eyes.

This was the third time we have stayed at Bath Street Inn. As always, the staff are so sweet and the Inn is adorable, comfortable and decorated in elegant vintage flair. The room names reflect the decor. The breakfasts are always delicious and fresh. We always eat in the patio where they serve breakfast. Parking is free although limited.

No complaints. You do need to be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs if you are assigned an upstairs room.

What a fantastic little BnB, very traditional, and so quaint. We stayed in the Balcony Room and it was just adorable. The hosts were so lovely and accommodating, the room was just fantastic, very cute old home family feel. The bed was comfy and the property leave out tea, coffee, hot chocolate and fresh made cookies every afternoon. We were ok for 1 night, but the bathroom was very small - although it had an excellent shower. Parking on the property and in walking distance to town. Really, fantastic, would recommend.

Our stay at the Bath Street Inn was delightful and full of charm! The breakfast and late afternoon cookies and refreshments were delicious, the room was clean and perfect for our weekend stay. Hosts were responsive and very accommodating. Location was close proximity to downtown State St and located in a quaint residential area (easy 5 min bike ride to the downtown; bikes located around the corner next to bus stop).

Shower in the Susan Loft room was better suited for more petite guests - a bit of a tight squeeze for my partner. But do-able for a short weekend stay!

It was very close to town within a 20 minute walk to State St, shops and restaurants. You are immediately greeted by the staff and by the smell of cinnamon and sugar. Cookies, coffee and tea in early evening, around 400p, homemade deliscious. Breakfast each morning with your choice of inside or outside dining. Owner remains true to her work with fruits, pastries, and proteins as stated on her website. The room was very cutely decorated, a little small. They have a library upstairs with a computer and books. She has everything. It was a really pleasant stay.

Breakfast on the patio was delicious and plentiful, from fruit, yogurt & granola to the hot entree each morning. The Inn is lovely, centrally located in a family-friendly neighborhood of gracious Victorians. We stayed in the Abigail Room, which has a comfy king size bed, a small sitting area and a wall mounted tv. The cookies and tea in the afternoon, and books and games to choose from, were thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. Keypad entry was easy and convenient and we really appreciated having parking onsite.

The Bathroom was very small, but it worked for us just fine. It would have been really helpful to have a mini fridge in our Room.

Absolutely amazing! A 10/10! We had the privilege of peeking into all the rooms on the 1st floor and let me put all the rest of the comments to peace-they all looked absolutely inviting and comfortable! The host is warm and welcoming, she bakes proper American cookies for her guests. Breakfast was quality. Everything was spotless and smelled of fresh linen. Beach is a 40min walk past clean and safe streets. Parking organized next to the inn. There’s just no downside to this place! An absolute 10/10.
