The restaurant had great food,with a great view. It was nice having a smaller scale resort. Had the pool to ourselves. Enjoyed watching the surfers. Very close to town. 15.00 dollars to San Jose Del Cabo.

Bathrooms were small. Paid for a garden room, but we weren’t given an upgrade even though it showed many rooms available.Are room looked at construction next door. I felt we were a burden to the staff. Pool was supposed to have service, but waiter never asked us in three days if we needed anything.

The location is excellent, right on the beach. You can see the ocean from both pools and most rooms! The restaurant is very accommodating, especially for large groups. The food was delicious! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Excellent beachfront location, the Ocean View rooms were fantastic. Warm and friendly staff. Hotel is an easy 25 min from the airport. Spa services are great and not too expensive.

Food at the restaurant is decent but very expensive. The bathroom had sewage smell at night.

The Cabo Surf Hotel was a great surf destination. It had everything you need for surfing. I could see the surf break from my room and also had a nice little porch area with seating to just sit and enjoy the waves. The pool overlooking the beach was awesome and the restaurant was great too. The board rentals were a fair price and they had a wide selection of both hard and soft tops.

The only small downside is that the hotel is a little remote with not many businesses and other restaurants nearby (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). You just have to a rental car to drive to other destinations because while the restaurant is great you will want to eat at other places.

The food was excellent. Really enjoyed the variety of their menu.

The staff was friendly and responsive. Some communication issues with waiting for ice simply because they did not tell us their was ice machine available.

Location is excellent especially if you surf. The facilities are nice but pricey. The pool is excellent for hanging out but do not expect to swim laps in it - but then you have the ocean 150 ft away. Spa is higher priced then other facilities, but the staff is excellent. Doyle surf school/facility was perfect with local advise and rentals. There is also a small football field set up for the kids (grass, nets, ball.)

You will need a car or use taxi/Uber to explore other locations. Most stores/bars outside property are 1 mile away which can be a bit toasty when its 90+ outside and you are walking next to the roadway to get to your destination. About :20 to old town, 1-1/2 hours to Todos Santos. For the price, we were surprised the A/C in the room is marginal at best (struggles to keep room at 76 degrees, one wall (outlets, coffee maker, etc.) did not have power. Ceiling fans and open windows made for comfortable sleeping, but we were there in early June and it was not too hot (about 92F/72F).

On the ocean, relaxing and comfortable. The friendliest, most amazing staff (Michel, Lety, Angel, and the entire crew) with smiles and laughter that made you feel right at home. Food was savory and delicious, views were stunning, whales spouting and breaching out front, and the surf break delivered fun, clean waves to cruise upon. All the stars I can give to Cabo Surf!!!

This boutique hotel provides an amazing setting, panoramic views and top notch service. Food and drinks are also high quality!

Everything was great except the lady at the front desk. She was not welcoming and I found rude at check in and check out. Our friends staying there said the same thing.

Excellent choice of breakfast options.

Only our air-conditioning could have been better.
