What a lovely place to stay. Only two years old, it's clear that the owners have put in such a lot of effort to make this a delightful hotel for guests. It is decorated in a modern European style, with Turkish decroative elements. The wifi is great and the room was light, spacious and cool with excellent air con and wifi. I loved the balcony overlooking the ruins, though it was a bit too hot to sit out there in August! The rooftop pizza restaurant is a perfect spot to eat as the sun goes down and the Turkish breakfast is a delicious and fun experience!

It might have been just me, but I found it hard to breathe on the balcony because of fumes from the aircon unit (I think). Or possibly the traffic.

We stayed at the hotel to tour the Ephesus, which was a short drive from the hotel. It’s a cute hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very hospitable. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel is right across the street from the St. John Basilica. After touring Ephesus, there was enough time to tour the Basilica before closing, which I highly recommend to do. The rooftop has a nice restaurant with an excellent view, good food, and, needless to say, an ideal location. We had both of our dinners at the restaurant.

Lovely rooftop terrace overlooking St John’s Basilica site. Friendly helpful owner and staff. The location is up the hill away from the noise of downtown but still very convenient, a few blocks from the excellent Ephesus Museum and connecting hammam. Great to have a cafe on the first floor, with friendly staff to blend an icy drink.

Wifi should be restarted more often. I also chose the least expensive room and maybe recommend getting a balcony. Note there are steep stairs and no TV (fine with me). Great AC.

Situated directly opposite a top tourist attraction, a great location. Breakfast was a huge Turkish Mezze plate, salad, eggs and bread, quite a mouthful. The staff were very helpful..there was a slight mix up with our booking (our fault) and the manager quickly moved us to the balcony room which we wrongly thought we had booked. Though English was definitely not the staffs preferred language, we managed to communicate well enough. The hotel was less than 3 months old so everything was fresh and extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The adjoining coffee shop was excellent as well

If there was one thing we didn't like it was the hotel was up on quite a steep hill, so to head into town for dinner, though only about 500 metres away was a bit of struggle on the return leg. That said the restaurants were quite good, so it was worth the effort

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and owner. Down stairs coffee shop and souvenirs with excellent service. Very good air conditioning. Beautiful decor. Good pizzas on the roof top restaurant with a wonderful young man making the pizzas

No fridge in room or tv. No top sheet on bed we had a very hard, stiff waffle blanket next to our skin. No tea or coffee in our room. No elevator, steep stairs. No shelf in shower and shower head broken could not adjust to height. No plug for sink.

If I could give this place 11 stars I would, incredible stay. First, the location of the hotel is excellent, you are right across the street from Basillica St. John and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the evenings watching the light change over the church's walls. This hotel is new and in great shapes, rooms were clean, cute, comfortable and very quiet. There is an excellent coffee shop downstairs and the upstairs terrace is to die for. Breakfast was incredible and we also enjoyed dinner upstairs one night which was very good and reasonably priced. The staff is kind and owner is on site, everyone knew my name after just a two day stay. Real boutique hotel experience without boutique hotel prices, hope to come again.

The location is a major highlight of this hotel, just across from the Basilica Of Saint John, a few steps away! There's a supermarket nearby for daily necessities and snacks, and across the street, various restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. Upon check-in, Mr. Zyta was very welcoming, offering customizable services such as choosing breakfast time, leaving a lasting impression! Additionally, when planning to visit the House of the Virgin Mary, where public transportation is unavailable, Mr. Zyta provided a great price for a ride, patiently waiting for us and returning us after our visit, even helping us find a nearby ATM. Overall, it was a fantastic travel experience! Mr. Zyta's service is top-notch, and I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Stayed for one night in May 2024. Fantastic location directly across the road from the Basilica of St John. The room was spacious and well-appointed and staff friendly and helpful. There is a cafe downstairs and a rooftop restaurant which had just opened when we were there. The restaurant is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view and the food was great, especially breakfast that was included in our room rate. It is a short walk to the center of Selcuk and short drive to Ephesus

Great location, nice breakfast. Staff helped us book tour and get reasonable price for taxi to Kusadasi. We stayed 2 nights, second night there's problem with the heater, We just wanted to inform the owner, not really a complaint but he was so nice offered us free juice which we felt really bad to take it and when we left, he even asked his staff to gave us some souvenirs. We really appreciated that

Great Turkish-style breakfast. Great view of some ruins outside the balcony. The coffee shop downstairs was an awesome little cooling-off spot!

No TV, and the walls seemed kind of thin. We were asked to turn down our YouTube rain sound when we tried to use it to put us to sleep. The AC worked, but it did not cool down the room to the desired 16 degrees Celsius.
