The room was very large and it was a great location (right next to the musuem and close to many restaurants and the bus/train station). I really liked having my own balcony.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 8 am but no one unlocked the door until about 8:20. I was in a hurry to get to Ephesus, so this was a bit annoying. (Breakfast was very small and not really worth the wait.)

First, I got a useful and qualitative introduction to Selcuk and the surrounding, which helped me a lot tone efficient ony stay. Secondly the place is clean and comfortable, and it's really a deal for the price. 10min walk from train station, 5 from bus station. It's very convenient. Located in quiet and nice neighborhood. I finally got some rest and proper sleep there. Breakfast served is decent and sufficient to start the day.

There is nothing to lock the door of sharing toilet/bathroom

- just 5 minutes walk to the bus station - nice breakfast - comfortable bed - they gave me a free towel to use

- There was almost always no one at the reception - Their restaurant staff wasn't attentive. They were so busy chatting that I gave up ordering and just went to a different restaurant - I was not too fond of the room's setup as there was no privacy. One Turkish guy started chatting with everyone at almost 12AM and this went on until someone just upped and closed the lights

The good point is this hotel is placed near the Selcuk archeological museum (literally - almost next door), 10 min walking to bus station, from where you can travel to Ephesus and any other touristic attractions of Selcuk region. When you have limited time - for visiting all touristic attractions that`s good place. Interior design in Hotel is simple and charming: mood light in form of one of the Ephesus buildings, all in local stylistic, I find this is pretty interesting.

Breakfast was meant to be between 8 and 10. But often didn’t happen until at least after 8.30am. We had a tour one day at 9.15am and had to go and buy breakfast because there was no one at reception or in the restaurant. I saw several guests leave for the day without having breakfast. I was really puzzled by this.

The owner is very helpful. You can book shuttle, tours and everything. It's a budget place very close to the ephesus museum. The cats are amazing.

The rooms are great for 1 person but for 2 people it is a bit small.

It's a great place to stay in Selcuk. All the historic sights are in walking distance. With a car, you can even park in the very centre of the town. The dorm was very good with comfy beds and clean facilities. The staff was very kind and the breakfast yummy. The cafe and restaurant can also be recommended.

Small hotel on very good location, few minutes walk to city centre and 5 minutes by car to Efez ruins. We have very nice room with balcony ovelooking the garden, so there were no noises from the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful with advices. Brekfast was very good.

Amazing hotel, beautiful,cosy rooms,the balcony was perfectly built in a way that you had your own privacy.The staff was very friendly and literally when I entered the room it felt like home.Next to the museum, very close to Ephesus. A must stay!!!!
